The driver and tour guide were fantastic! The experience was excellent; it wasn't just driving, but also included explanations. They only made recommendations when we asked, and the recommended shops were cheap and delicious! Originally, on the first day, they only needed to drop us off at the hotel, but we wanted to try lamb and had already picked a shop and were about to call a taxi. The driver immediately offered to take us there himself! You can ask the driver for more recommendations along the way. We didn't ask him about photo spots, so he didn't dare recommend any directly, fearing we might misunderstand, and then our photo choices were a disaster. So, ask him everything!!! The itinerary was well-arranged, and of course, the driving was very smooth. He kept pace with us throughout the trip. The car was also spacious and comfortable.

Everything was great, from customization to car usage. All our questions were answered quickly, and the daily itinerary was explained in detail. Master Zong was familiar with the routes, and the vehicle was very new and spacious enough for all our luggage. The two children could even use the front table to watch their iPads. We also received snacks, sand bottles, foot covers, and neck warmers as gifts. Our whole family had a wonderful time.

A belated positive review! We lost an earbud and thought we'd dropped it at the scenic spot. I just mentioned it to the driver, asking him to contact us if it was in the car, without much hope. Almost a month passed, and I had even forgotten about it, but the driver found it and contacted me! He still remembered! I was truly touched!!!! The service throughout was also excellent, with plenty of snack packs, water, shoe covers, and more! I highly recommend it! Later, some activities weren't suitable for seniors, and we visited the museum on our own without a guide. All the unplayed activities and unguided parts were fully refunded, clearly stated. Honestly, if he hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have thought to ask for a refund, especially since the guiding service was a free bonus when I booked. Who would expect a refund for something given for free?!

Before the trip, I did a lot of research. Since I was traveling with children and seniors, and I also wanted to take the opportunity to rest, I contacted several travel agencies and finally settled on this one. The itinerary was well-planned, the team members in the group had clear divisions of labor, and information was exchanged quickly. Especially the driver-guide, a wonderful lady who accompanied us throughout the trip, kept her vehicle spotless. The first thing my child said when getting into the car was: "Auntie's car smells so nice!" She was meticulous in everything, from transfers, handling tickets and hotel check-ins, and introducing attractions, to recommending local spots and advising on what to avoid. The lunch during our winery visit was a special noodle dish personally prepared by her, with a unique flavor. We spent five harmonious days together, chatting about daily life and work, and she took care of us like an older sister. I look forward to coming back and finding Sister Na again next time, and I look forward to our next Klook trip!
