Resan till Zhongwei i Ningxia var särskilt lyckad, och jag måste verkligen tacka mäster Ma Yan! Han körde säkert och stabilt under hela resan, var mycket bekant med Zhongweis sevärdheter, vägförhållanden och fotoplatser, och arrangerade allt på ett bekvämt och smidigt sätt. Han förklarade tålmodigt och detaljerat, var entusiastisk och pålitlig, och tog hand om oss väl under hela resan, vilket fick oss att verkligen känna den nordvästra befolkningens generositet och värme. Med mäster Ma Yan som guide var hela resan avslappnad och rolig. Jag rekommenderar honom starkt till vänner som planerar att besöka Zhongwei – han är pålitlig och professionell!

We were lucky despite the untimely flight delay, to have our driver, Xiao Long, with us, throughout our trip in Inner Mongolia. He was there to fetch us, where the flight landed at 10pm plus. As someone without much words, friendly, he showed sincerity and care, indicating tourist traps to avoid. He went beyond the call of duty and offered to carry luggages to our room when there is no lift at the HeiShanTou. He will always smoke outside the car/restaurant & not like other driver will smoke no matter way. Accommodation provided were quite clean. Hotel local breakfast is simple and no coffee and tea. Please prepare for it when you travel. it is small group tour of 2-4 pax share tour in a vehicle. the vehicle provided is quite good, cooling and comfortable when only 3 of us in the vehicle. The sightseeing is quite good, worry free as ticket provided as per the itinerary. No shopping stops. It is really recommended for family travel with children, young kids or elderly parents.

Driver followed our planned itinerary and brought us to clean rest stops throughout the trip. However, the journey was extremely tiring with long driving hours every day. The driver appeared to be unwell and was coughing throughout the trip, which affected the overall experience. We were also dropped at the wrong hotel on the last day and had to contact the driver to return and pick us up. Overall, the trip was completed as planned but the experience could have been better organised.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful.
The activities were all very interesting, and our guide, Li Ping, was both kind and knowledgeable, knowing all the best places to go and restaurants.

Having experienced other local tour groups before, I wasn't too worried. When booking, I asked if any documents were needed, and they promptly and thoughtfully informed me, so the booking process was very smooth. With their guidance and support, I was able to complete this trip comfortably and safely. Hulunbuir is truly beautiful.
