Taichung

We had a wonderful experience exploring Alishan with our tour guide, Alicia! She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the entire trip enjoyable and memorable. She explained the local culture and history clearly, took great care of everyone, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Her enthusiasm and thoughtful arrangements really made a difference. We truly appreciated her excellent service and would highly recommend Alicia to anyone visiting Alishan. Thank you for making our trip so special!

one of the best tour during our taiwan trip! our tour was smooth and was always on time. a special shoutout to Sophie, our tour guide for this trip. she's organized, friendly and has great insights on every stop. we highly recommend this tour especially if you get Sophie as your tour guide. Xie xie! ❤️

had a wonderful time without having to think so much. this tour made my travel a lot more convenient. shared a chinese meal with strangers. the tour guide, Dunken, is also funny and very attentive. overall, it’s a great taichung experience

Moose picked us up directly from our hotel, which was so convenient and easy. His driving was incredibly smooth and comfortable—we ended up sleeping like babies on the way! Thank you, Moose, for taking such memorable photos for us and explaining everything so clearly in English. Our tour group members were also super sweet and friendly, so we could fully enjoy the peaceful nature without any noise or discomfort. I would love to visit Taiwan again around April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom! Thank you so much for your great sense of humor and making us laugh throughout the trip. Highly recommended! 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joseph is an excellent tour guide! He’s very knowledgeable about Taichung City’s local history and culture, and we learned so many interesting things from him. The tour was well-organized and punctual. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour to others!

It was a great trip with our guide A Jun. He was very enthusiastic in engaging with us and took great photos of everyone. We had fun and interesting conversations along the road so it was never boring. We went to Sun Moon Lake to ride the boat and landed on the little island with the famous tea egg and temple on top. Then to Ita Thao Shopping Street to have lunch and some shopping. Next we went to the farm for sheeps and equestrian show. Do note that sheep show is only available on holidays. Overall, it was a satisfying trip.

Ease of locating the meeting point and although there is no tour guide provided on this day tour, it is very self-sufficient. The tour to Sun Moon Lake is enjoyable with lots of food choices. But for those who would like to explore the island by cable car, ferry or the bus, this half day tour may not be enough. The other half day is to visit a chocolate factory, stopover for donuts at a cafe and a visit to Paper Dome.

5 stars!!!! Vaness Hsu is our tour guide! he is so energetic and he guided us all throughout the trip. he is so polite and super jolly! We also re-enacted some of the scenes in meteor garden and he is super game! you can watch our full vlog on youtube: JAYVEE NICOLAS ROMULO TRAVEL VLOG! if there is 10 stars I would give to Vaness! You can request him upon booking and you will never go wrong with him. he was our driver, our photographer, our tourguide! Everything! name it!

Highly recommended for Koreans!!!!!! The Korean-language tour wasn't available on the date I wanted, so I ended up choosing this tour instead, and it was such a great choice!!! First of all, it was so nice that they picked us up directly from our hotel instead of having us gather at a meeting point haha. The tour was held privately with just 6 people in total—me, my mom (2 people), and a Chinese family of 4. The car was super spacious and air-conditioned, which was great! The driver couldn't speak Korean, but he explained everything well using a translator and some English haha. What truly touched me was that I had lost my wallet at the night market the day before T.T. When the driver heard about that, he said that after the tour ended, he would go with me to the night market to ask the vendors, kept calling the police station in between to check if any lost items had been turned in, and even offered to go with me to the police station to help file a report after the tour. We didn't end up going because we figured we wouldn't find it even if we went to the night market T.T., but he kept trying to help us, which really touched both me and my mom haha. Also, the Chinese family traveling with us translated between the driver and us in English and even bought us drinks lol. They were worried about my lost wallet together with us! Anyway, I had a total mental breakdown the day before after losing my wallet, all my exchanged cash, and several cards, but during the tour, my mind actually eased up, and I met good people and had a wonderful tour!!! I didn't know ferry tickets were included, but they were! The price is also reasonable, so Korean folks planning to visit Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands, please use this tour!!!!! The itinerary proceeded as follows: a huge temple at Sun Moon Lake ➡️ Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center? (cool and good for a short rest) ➡️ Sun Moon Lake ferry (basic 3-stop course) ➡️ pineapple cake shop (no purchase required, has a restroom) ➡️ Gaomei Wetlands, and they dropped us off right in front of our hotel at the end haha. Oh, and you can use WhatsApp for communication before the tour~~
