Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
How to use
Redemption information
- Around 6 PM the day before the booking, the customer's communication software will be added, and the driver will join the group for easy contact on the day of the booking. Please be sure to pay attention to your phone information.
- The vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people departing on the day. Generally, 5-seater or 9-seater vehicles are used, depending on the number of people on the day.
- After boarding, please take any available seat; seat assignments are not possible.
- Seats are randomly assigned for all vehicles, based on free seating on the day of travel. Seat selection is not possible.
- Please add the assistant's contact information the day before. We will add all departing customers to a group to facilitate communication with the driver. Please pay attention to the communication software.
