Had a wonderful experience on our Alishan tour! Our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, which made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. He also has amazing photography skills! He knew the best spots and angles and helped us take so many beautiful photos throughout the trip. 📸✨ Thank you for making our Alishan experience so memorable. We had a great time with Sophie as our tour guide. She spoke very well and explained each destination making the trip more interesting. Definitely recommend taking this trip if going to Taiwan for the first time.

We travel to different parts of the world every year, and Joseph Mao is the first tour guide we’ve had who prepared PowerPoint slides for the itinerary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it really easy to follow the trip. He was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help take photos. He also shared great local tips about pineapple cakes and Sun Moon Lake cakes. Very patient and professional throughout the day. We really enjoyed having Joseph as our guide!

Mr. Lai is the best tour guide for this trip. He is professional, kind, and he makes the trip feel fun. He knows the best spots, and he even has the red card prop. He is a good photographer with flattering shots. He is considerate of our situation, like if there’s a need to go to the toilet, eat, etc. His car is comfortable too, good air conditioning and sitting. He uses his phone to communicate effectively when needed. Above all, he played F4 songs when we were entering the university! He made the experience really, really fun and memorable. He also made sure to airdrop the photos he took with his phone, right after the first stop. Thank you so much, Mr. Lai!

It was a great trip with our guide A Jun. He was very enthusiastic in engaging with us and took great photos of everyone. We had fun and interesting conversations along the road so it was never boring. We went to Sun Moon Lake to ride the boat and landed on the little island with the famous tea egg and temple on top. Then to Ita Thao Shopping Street to have lunch and some shopping. Next we went to the farm for sheeps and equestrian show. Do note that sheep show is only available on holidays. Overall, it was a satisfying trip.

The tour guide is very friendly, he is our driver too. our trip is small group of 8 persons. We enjoyed and liked the scenery.Mr Wilson services is great, he texted us info about the trip. He is punctual at all times.

Ease of locating the meeting point and although there is no tour guide provided on this day tour, it is very self-sufficient. The tour to Sun Moon Lake is enjoyable with lots of food choices. But for those who would like to explore the island by cable car, ferry or the bus, this half day tour may not be enough. The other half day is to visit a chocolate factory, stopover for donuts at a cafe and a visit to Paper Dome.
