• Summer (March-October) meeting times: 09:15-09:30 at MRT Ximen Station Exit 4 / 09:45-10:00 at Taipei Main Station East Gate 3. The tour ends around 20:00.
• Winter (November to February) meeting times: 08:15-08:30 at MRT Ximen Station Exit 4 / 08:45-09:00 at Taipei Main Station East Gate 3. The tour ends around 19:00.

• According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0 to 4 or weighing less than 18 kg must use a child safety seat. An additional NT$300 will be charged for each seat. Please specify the number of seats required when booking so that we can prepare in advance. There is also space in the car to accommodate a baby stroller. (Note: If traveling by bus on the day of the trip, no additional fees are required.)

Cancellation policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
