Experience: Absolutely beautiful! Seeing Pink Lake from the plane was far more breathtaking than seeing it from the ground. I highly recommend this experience. It was my first time on a small plane, and the pilot was very professional, flying incredibly smoothly. I had booked for 11:00 AM, and the weather that day was fantastic, I was so lucky!

Absolutely amazing experience. we were only 2, so he took us out on a private tour. Pilot whonis also the guide was really great. This is a must do.

Highly recommended for this small group tour, especially our guide Kenny. He planned everything very well and helped us take great photos by avoiding peak times and crowds. He is like a professional videographer and cameraman, capturing memorable videos when we didn’t even realize it. He also made sure we had enough rest time between each attraction, which made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable.

Our tour guide was very caring and attentive. The itinerary for this tour was incredibly rich. Since the Pink Lake is more beautiful in the morning, the guide thoughtfully arranged for us to visit it on the morning of the second day. They also helped us with free drone photography, which was extremely considerate. The only slight downside was that breakfast was not included at the hotel. The guide also proactively helped us take photos, and all the tour members spoke Chinese, which made for a very friendly atmosphere.

Finished a 3D2N tour with Henry, and am very satisfied with his service in keeping us safe and comfy. We were given intro to each place and sufficient visiting time; he is very thoughtful in providing us net-hat to keep flies away at Kalbarri and ensuring we have dinner before ending the day. Kudos! Just be prepared for long rides and you’re good to go! I guess I was fortunate to be sharing a studio with another solo girl on this tour.

All the key activities met our expectations. On the first day, we checked in at Window of the World and pretended to be Tom Cruise. On the second day, we visited the Pink Lake, which was indeed very pink under the clear sky. On the third day, each of us ate one and a half lobsters, totaling one lobster per person. Both nights' accommodations were excellent, especially the second night, where each group had a whole house, which was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we even bought groceries from the supermarket to cook dinner. Our driver and guide, Leo, became more attentive each day, providing clear explanations and useful travel tips for Perth. Highly recommended!

Small group with good itinerary. 89 is a professional tour guide, sharing good knowledges and I like the photos and video he taken for us via drone. Recommended to solo traveler or people who don't drive.

We just finished an absolutely perfect three-day trip to northern Western Australia, and I'm so glad we had Zephyr as our tour guide! When we encountered bad weather during the trip, our guide, with great experience, immediately helped us flexibly adjust our itinerary, ensuring the entire journey remained smooth and perfect. They were also incredibly attentive throughout, not only choosing parking spots that were the closest walking distance for us but also specially preparing fly nets for everyone, which were very practical! The best part was our guide's excellent photography skills; they took so many fantastic photos for us. Professional, thoughtful, and adaptable – I wholeheartedly recommend Zephyr. You can definitely relax and enjoy your trip with them as your guide!

it is generally good but just that the spots are a little bit far from each other and therefore requires long travelling time. it would be better if the coach can be larger.
