Please ensure that the provided phone number is reachable. If there is no contact made within the specified time, please call the emergency contact number provided on the confirmation voucher or contact customer service
• During peak travel seasons or under special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be slightly adjusted (the specific departure time will be notified by the tour guide). Please be prepared for any changes
• The scheduled travel times in the itinerary are for reference only and may vary depending on the actual circumstances of the day. In the event of special circumstances such as traffic congestion or weather conditions, the tour guide will communicate with the guests to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions visited. No refunds will be provided for park closures due to weather conditions
• If the final group size is less than 6 people, the vehicle type may be adjusted accordingly

Cancellation policy
