Dette var en fantastisk 2-dages tur, der var veltilrettelagt og aldrig føltes forhastet. En særlig tak til vores guide, Cheuk, som var venlig, vidende, tålmodig og havde en fremragende sans for humor. Han delte masser af interessant information om området og var også den bedste fotograf, der altid hjalp alle med at fange gode minder. Han sørgede for, at hver gæst fik en vidunderlig oplevelse, og ved turens afslutning føltes det, som om vi rejste med venner snarere end fremmede. Jeg satte især pris på, at denne tur besøgte steder omkring Kalbarri, hvilket gjorde rejseplanen mere unik og værdifuld. Alt i alt var rejseplanen fremragende, landskabet var smukt, og Cheuks entusiasme og humor gjorde turen endnu mere mindeværdig. Jeg vil varmt anbefale denne tur til alle, uanset om man rejser alene eller med venner og familie. 😊

Our tour guide was very caring and attentive. The itinerary for this tour was incredibly rich. Since the Pink Lake is more beautiful in the morning, the guide thoughtfully arranged for us to visit it on the morning of the second day. They also helped us with free drone photography, which was extremely considerate. The only slight downside was that breakfast was not included at the hotel. The guide also proactively helped us take photos, and all the tour members spoke Chinese, which made for a very friendly atmosphere.

Finished a 3D2N tour with Henry, and am very satisfied with his service in keeping us safe and comfy. We were given intro to each place and sufficient visiting time; he is very thoughtful in providing us net-hat to keep flies away at Kalbarri and ensuring we have dinner before ending the day. Kudos! Just be prepared for long rides and you’re good to go! I guess I was fortunate to be sharing a studio with another solo girl on this tour.

Tour guide Raymond's arrangements were very thoughtful, catering to the needs of travelers, perfectly staggering peak times for attractions and restaurants, making for a very memorable holiday for me and my mother during the Lunar New Year. Taking the small plane to see the pink lake from above was well worth it!!! Raymond used a drone to help me and my mother film at the pink lake, which was very enjoyable. In the evening, we went to the Pinnacles to see the stars, and the entire Milky Way was clearly visible, which was very impressive!!! This trip exceeded expectations in terms of how wonderful it was!

Har netop afsluttet en helt perfekt tredages tur til det nordlige Vestaustralien, og jeg er så taknemmelig for at have mødt guiden Zephyr! De tre dage bød ikke kun på betagende landskaber, men guidens omtanke og professionalisme gjorde turen endnu bedre. Undervejs oplevede vi dårligt vejr, men guiden var meget erfaren og hjalp os med det samme med at justere rejseplanen fleksibelt, så hele turen stadig forløb glat og perfekt. Han var også utrolig omhyggelig under hele turen; udover at vælge de parkeringspladser, der var tættest på, havde han også forberedt myggenet til os, hvilket var meget praktisk! Det bedste var, at guiden var en fremragende fotograf og tog mange smukke billeder af os. Professionel, hensynsfuld og dygtig til at tilpasse sig – jeg kan varmt anbefale Zephyr. Med ham som guide kan man trygt nyde turen!

Although the itinerary was for four days and three nights, the first day only included airport transfers, and the second day involved transportation to the pier and assistance with ferry tickets. The full-day tours only began on the third day. Most of the attractions involved getting off the bus, taking a few photos, and then getting back on. The distances were long, but the itinerary felt a bit monotonous. However, all of this was clearly outlined in the original itinerary, so it was reasonable. The most surprising aspect of this trip was the driver who also served as our guide. He was a man of few words, only speaking when absolutely necessary, which made the entire journey quiet and dull. His explanations over the microphone were often mumbled and unclear, giving the impression that he was just doing the bare minimum without any passion. On the positive side, he drove safely, which is commendable. Throughout the trip, we debated whether to tip him. To our surprise, when we finally got off the bus at our destination, he announced to everyone that the tip was ten dollars per person. We hadn't exchanged any Australian dollars and only had some loose Singaporean dollar notes. So, we politely gave the driver 20 Singaporean dollars and apologized, explaining that we hadn't exchanged currency. The driver reacted awkwardly, saying he couldn't use it, and even asked if we had other ways to transfer money to him! I've participated in many local tours in different countries, and tips have always been given at the discretion of the guests. This driver first mandated a fixed tip for everyone and then showed discomfort when guests offered a different currency, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Honestly, given his service, we could have chosen not to tip at all. Furthermore, how much to tip and how to give it should be up to the guest. If tipping is mandatory, Klook should at least include it in the reminders so we can prepare cash in advance. Otherwise, there's no real need for cash in Australia, and many people probably wouldn't bother exchanging money. Overall, we still recommend this tour for those who don't drive or don't have enough people to charter a car. After all, driving for several hours just to take photos for ten minutes at a few attractions (but not going feels like you haven't really visited Perth) is truly exhausting. However, we hope there can be clearer instructions regarding guide explanations and tipping policies. The driver's awkward expression when asking for money made us feel as if we had done something wrong, which was very uncomfortable. I've never felt so unhappy after giving a tip! We wish future participants of this tour encounter good drivers and guides.

Vi havde en fremragende oplevelse fra start til slut. Mødestedet var let at finde, transporten var behagelig, og rejseplanen var veltilrettelagt og gennemtænkt. Vores guide, Alan, var professionel, vidende og usædvanligt venlig. Han sørgede for, at alle var komfortable under hele turen og forbedrede virkelig oplevelsen med sine klare forklaringer og sans for detaljer. Alt i alt overgik denne tur vores forventninger og gav stor værdi for pengene. Jeg vil helt klart anbefale den til andre og vil med glæde anmode om den samme guide igen til fremtidige bookinger.
