Within a 3-minute walk, you'll find a market, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and GU to browse. FamilyMart convenience store is also nearby. It's only a 5-minute walk from the station via the pedestrian bridge. You can freely take amenities. I especially liked the lemon-scented bath powder in the hotel. You can use your Suica card bound to your mobile phone to store luggage; it's high-tech and free. The staff greets you whenever you enter or leave the lobby, making you feel very welcome. Every day, you can choose not to have your room cleaned or simply have the towels exchanged. It's very clean.

Hotel Location: Very convenient with a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart downstairs.
Transportation Convenience: A 10-minute walk from Sendai Station.
Cleanliness: Overall very clean, the room space was surprisingly large. There was plenty of room to open two large suitcases without feeling cramped. The air conditioning was also nice and cold. The only downside is that the bed was a bit small.
Service: Disposable amenities are available for self-service on the first floor, as well as ice maker, microwave, and washing machine services. I asked the hotel to help dispose of a suitcase and only had to pay ¥1,000. They also offer luggage storage, umbrella and shopping bag rentals. The arrangement was really good.

The environment is clean, and the service is professional. It was great that there was a staff member available who could communicate in Chinese. Luggage storage is available. I accidentally left something behind, but I was able to retrieve it quickly. It's also great that amenities are available in the lobby for you to take as needed.

The hotel is new and comfortable, with a very nice room design and furniture placement, plus sufficient space to move around in the room. The electronic interface on the headboard can be set to Chinese, making it easy to use.
It's a bit of a distance from Sendai Station, but the underground passage is only a minute or two's walk from the hotel, providing direct access to the subway and train stations, which is quite convenient. It's also very close to the shopping street.
The breakfast is fairly plentiful and different every day, with many local specialties worth trying.
Taking the JR to Matsushima for a day trip is particularly convenient; the Senseseki Line terminal is right at the bottom of the underground passage, going directly to Matsushima Coast.

This Japanese-style hotel is very comfortable. You can enjoy the onsen (hot spring) in the evening, with complimentary popsicles and late-night ramen. In the morning, Yakult is served at the onsen. The breakfast is abundant, and in the summer, they provide ice pillows. Free self-service laundry is available, but drying costs from ¥100 per load. If there's a discount, don't miss it!

The hotel is surrounded by numerous supermarkets and convenience stores. Although not located in the core tourist area, it's only a 5- to 10-minute walk to shopping malls and arcades, making it quite convenient. The rooms feature spacious bathrooms with separate wet and dry areas, and the king-size rooms are decent with sufficient comfort. However, the hotel's public bath is smaller compared to other local options, which won't be a major issue unless you're specifically looking for a large onsen. Overall, its strength lies in its quiet yet vibrant location and well-equipped facilities.

one of the best hotels we stayed and it’s located within Sendai Station. don’t even need to go outside as there is a direct link, just need to figure out where. the room is very clean and the bathtub even has a jacuzzi 😆the lounge for all guests is very pretty and you can help yourself to coffee and tea.

They have late-night ramen available after 9:30 PM, which is quite delicious. When you go to the hot springs, they also offer popsicles and Yakult. It's a hot spring hotel with great value for the price, and the surrounding area is fairly lively. It's about a 6-minute walk to Sendai Station.
