I had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located just across from the train station, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was comfortable, and everything was spotless throughout my stay.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with directions and recommendations. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florence.

Bought the Trenitalia pass on Klook and got my e-ticket instantly. Activation was super easy and the QR code worked at every station from Rome to Venice. Trains were punctual, clean, and comfortable. Having unlimited travel saved me so much vs buying single tickets and let me do spontaneous day trips. Klook’s customer support was also responsive when I had a question.
