Find our assistant in a yellow vest, they'll be providing you with your tickets and guide you to the main entrance at Door No. 1 to help you begin your Uffizi adventure.

How to get there
- By bus: Walk 10 minutes to Medici Chapel and take the C1 bus for Santa Maria Soprarno (5 stops, 8 minutes) to Piazzale Uffizi. Continue walking for 2 minutes to the Uffizi Gallery
- By walking: Walk for 20 minutes to the Uffizi Gallery from Santa Maria Novella train station

The ticket was sent one day before to us. it was easy to enter using first door; short queue. just remember to have an ID or Passport to cross check the name (as they ckeck) and be on time. It does not include the Vasari Walk, but good thing is it has Audio guide which helps to know which parts is must see and which parts can just skim through (note: official audio guide is 6 euro additional on spot). Overall, happy.

Although I'm not an art expert, I was overwhelmed by the numerous works on display, from famous pieces to ones I'd never seen before. The museum's layout is very spacious and enjoyable, and being able to see so many works for the admission price feels like a great value. I'd love to visit again.

Big museum. Be prepared to spend at least 1.5 hours (minimum). Really worth a visit when in Florence. Make sure to download the entire audioguide beforehand as the data signal is spotty inside the museum and they didn’t really have free wifi or it wasn’t working.

I didn’t manage to finish all of the audio guide recording from the app. However, it did also the job of audio guide, so no complaints. Please look for the operator wearing yellow vest *at the exact time slot*

Use the PDF tickets in your voucher for direct entry at the designated time. Remember to download the tour app on your phone and bring headphones beforehand. The museum's exhibits are incredibly rich and amazing, so it's recommended to reserve at least half a day for viewing. Highly recommended!

The museum is beautiful and contains many world-famous paintings. After viewing them, I felt artistically inspired and had a perfect experience. Although the audio guide didn't cover all the paintings, it was quite detailed and easy to understand.
