I had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located just across from the train station, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was comfortable, and everything was spotless throughout my stay.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with directions and recommendations. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florence.

Convenient Transportation: The hotel is located near Florence's main station, just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to travel to and from other cities. Breakfast: The room rate includes complimentary breakfast with a variety of breads, fruits, and coffee, which is quite good! Service: The hotel staff at the entrance were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. We arrived around 12:30 PM, and our room was already ready! When we returned to our room in the evening, they had even left a bag of Italian snack gifts for us! If you're traveling from Rome for an overnight stay in Florence, I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very easy to reach from the train station via tram, and the tram stop is right across the street. Having a supermarket next door was extremely convenient. The room was on the cozy/smaller side, but overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Had an excellent time on our tour. The sites that we saw were so beautiful. definitely worth the time to see a little bit of Tuscany. We were able to climb the leaning tower of Pisa and the view was amazing.

Everything is just perfect, the passion and dedication of Alex and Sara, the nice driver, the resonable staying time and the USB plug-embedded bus. We also have several chances to talk to each other, coming from Taiwan, USA, Korea, Brazil, Newsland, Spain, etc, and make the journey more memorable : ) One of the most precious experiences I have in Italy!
