Everything is just perfect, the passion and dedication of Alex and Sara, the nice driver, the resonable staying time and the USB plug-embedded bus. We also have several chances to talk to each other, coming from Taiwan, USA, Korea, Brazil, Newsland, Spain, etc, and make the journey more memorable : ) One of the most precious experiences I have in Italy!

Had an excellent time on our tour. The sites that we saw were so beautiful. definitely worth the time to see a little bit of Tuscany. We were able to climb the leaning tower of Pisa and the view was amazing.

Aaron was an excellent guide for our Tuscany tour. He kept everyone well informed about the schedule and timing, guided the group smoothly throughout the day, and made the experience enjoyable with his great sense of humor. Our guide was Gabriele and bus driver was Gabriel. The guide is english speaking and friendly. He share quite a number of tips at each location as well. Do note that the itinerary flows like this, bus to first area, then train to different part of the attraction in the first area. Then back to first area stop and bus to second area then back to Florence. Also note that if you don’t want to walk during Pisa visit, you can pay $3 per person per direction to reach there from the bus stopping area to Pisa and vice versa.

The tour guide was very diligent and meticulous, always making sure to clearly state meeting times, where restrooms were located, and where local specialties could be found. Initially, I hadn't planned to join the tour, but then a train strike occurred, and I was worried about transportation. I quickly paid the difference to join the group, and the guide was excellent at managing travel times. I didn't have to spend extra time finding my way or buying tickets, which saved a lot of time. If it's your first visit, joining a guided tour is highly recommended. The boat trip during the itinerary was also quite enjoyable. You must try the lemon candy, lemon slushie, lemon octopus salad, focaccia bread, and the fried seafood cup – they are delicious!

Although the tour is self guided at Pisa and Florence, being with our guide Aaron, and our angels who took us there, Gracia and Salvatore, the trip was very good. Aaron guided us with facts and stories of Pisa and Florence, and guided on what itinerary to have to get the best in the given time of 1 hour at Pisa and 2 hours at Florence. Obviously this time is not enough to see both cities and the places fully but enough to get the highlights. Also, there was an option to go in gold cart through the outskirts and see the panoramic view of Florence from the Piazzale Michelangelo was superb. This view is definitely not to be missed. Even with only this limited time, the trip was great and is worth going if these cities are not in your plan, but you have one additional day in Rome. Both Pisa and Florence are wonderful cities, must visit. And if you get this team, it is wonderful.
