Didn’t know that you have to exchange for the real ticket at the office first before queuing. Luckily the lady let me in instead of asking me to queue on my time slot again. Otherwise nice small museum with other old sculptures and musical instruments.

The ticket was sent one day before to us. it was easy to enter using first door; short queue. just remember to have an ID or Passport to cross check the name (as they ckeck) and be on time. It does not include the Vasari Walk, but good thing is it has Audio guide which helps to know which parts is must see and which parts can just skim through (note: official audio guide is 6 euro additional on spot). Overall, happy.

You can just go and queue up with your QR code! The queue opens very punctually, and it moves quickly, but I recommend arriving a bit early to queue. The earlier you get in, the sooner you reach the top, and the more time you'll have for photos. This is because everyone in a group has the same amount of time, so those at the back will genuinely have less time for pictures. When I went, I was at the back, and they started clearing people out shortly after I reached the top, so I didn't have time to take many photos! However, the view from the top is absolutely stunning! It's definitely worth it! Climbing the stairs isn't as tiring as you might think. Don't be intimidated by the number of steps and miss out on the beautiful scenery from the top. Anyone with normal mobility can climb up successfully! On the day of your reservation, you can visit the other attractions included in your package. For example, I had a 3:00 PM reservation to climb the Dome, but I went to climb the Bell Tower at 8:30 AM that morning without a reservation. I just scanned my QR code and got in smoothly. The Bell Tower isn't difficult either; there are resting platforms every short distance, and there's no time limit, so you can climb and take photos at your leisure. However, the top of the Bell Tower has a wire mesh, so the photos aren't as beautiful as from the Dome.

Our guide was amazing. She is a Florence resident and I enjoyed how she gave us some context on the city's history and relevance to the Uffizi gallery. She was also very passionate about her job and was able to provide easy to understand explanations of the art works we were looking at, and the historical significance of the pieces. Follow instructions on meeting point and just wait for the guide. I was a little worried initially as i arrived before the guide but they will turn up at the spot mentioned.

The e-voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. You must follow the detailed instructions at the bottom of the voucher. At the designated time (usually 15 minutes before your reserved visit time), go to the ticket vendor's designated location (for us, it was under the Donatello statue outside the Uffizi Gallery) to collect a physical ticket from a staff member and scan a QR code to download the audio guide. We recommend downloading the "POPGuide" audio guide app in advance while you have Wi-Fi access, as many audio guides for Florence and Rome use this app. Downloading it early can reduce your waiting time before ticket validation.

Niccolo was an excellent guide! He brought the history and stories of Pisa, Siena, and San Gimignano to life with wonderful insight and practical tips. His warm humour made every story engaging and easy to follow. A truly memorable tour!

Our guide was Gabriele and bus driver was Gabriel. The guide is english speaking and friendly. He share quite a number of tips at each location as well. Do note that the itinerary flows like this, bus to first area, then train to different part of the attraction in the first area. Then back to first area stop and bus to second area then back to Florence. Also note that if you don’t want to walk during Pisa visit, you can pay $3 per person per direction to reach there from the bus stopping area to Pisa and vice versa.

Booking the tickets through here is very convenient - highly recommended as the queue is very long and quite impossible to secure the tickets. David is an absolute masterpiece as well, definitely worth the trip.

Trip is excellent and convenient. We went to Siena, San Gimignano, Vineyard and Pisa. Thoses towns are so beautiful. Vineyard came with lunch and wine tasting. Totally recommended! Pisa is nice but we didn’t have much time to explore much. Be prepare that they don’t have much toilets. We had to go to cafe and purchased drinks. Public toilets are not available much.
