This is a great hostel. I payed the extra for a private room and it was great.

This hostel is in a great central Florence location, within easy walking distance of many attractions. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. My private room was very clean, basic, and comfortable enough for a short stay. The atmosphere was very relaxing overall, although the music was sometimes louder than I would have preferred. The bed was not particularly comfortable, which made sleeping a bit difficult. I also had some concerns about my experience as an African American guest. I felt the security guard kept viewing me with suspicion asking whether I was staying at the hostel and requested to see my room key every time I entered, while appearing much more relaxed, smiling and friendly with other guests. Additionally, when I dined at the restaurant, I was asked to pay in advance, and I did not observe other diners being asked to do the same. While I cannot know the intent behind these interactions, they left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable. Overall, the location and cleanliness were strong positives, but these experiences affected my stay.

We reserved a private room for two and we were surprised for the size, clean and not noisy at all. The location is perfect and it’s a good place to escape from the overcrowded Florence during summer.

This was an excellent place to stay. I recommend it to any travellers. There is a little grocery store down the street. If you venture up to Piazzale Michelangelo and Basilica of San Miniato al Monte, the bus #12 literally drops you off in front of the hostel.

Indoor pool and sauna where not available due to maintenence which is maintenence reason for choosing this accomodation for me. I was very disappointed and would have appreciated this info before arrival. Also outdoor pool had very reduced timings, not ideal. The other facilities and staff were very helpful.

This hostel was very nice and fun. The pool area with bar was nice and social. The private room was great and clean.

Para ser un lugar tan concurrido por jóvenes a nosotras nos fue muy bien que somos adultas mayores, cómoda y bien aseada la habitación

Its ok for a hostel, not as good as a hotel, even when you have your own private room

The property is well located and the private rooms are spacious and clean
