Great hostel. Sayed with my Husband (30s) didn't feel out of place,mixture of ages. Private dbl room,separate building (same complex). Very clean. Our particular room was a weird layout, there were normal windows then some windows at floor level to crawl through to go onto a balcony. Maybe we weren't supposed to go out there?. There was no fridge in the room. Unfortunately the housekeeping ladies kept coming late afternoon to our floor, so we kept having to decline them as we like to chill before going back out in the evening. This meant our room wasnt cleaned for the duration. But if we would have agreed they would have done it. The outdoor bar and pool area are great! Nicely decorated. Music playing. Brilliant to cool off and chill. Cocktails were nice but small. We didn't eat at the restaurant but had a few drinks at the indoor bar where there is a pool table and loads of seating. The bar toilets are very clean. There is a kitchen so we used the fridge a couple of times. 15-20 nice walk to Duomo. Great location. There are a few mini supermarkets very short walk away. Definitely recommend staying here.

Todo está muy limpio, tienen una piscina muy bonito con un restaurante que la comida estaba deliciosa y está situado en un lugar estratégico para caminar

La encargada de el desayuno de hoy nada pero nada cordial Claro ella no es el dueño de el hotel no le importa si uno está contento o no

Really great hostel with hotel level services

O hostel é muito agradável, staff muito gentil, Mateus, Sara e Lara, somente o garçom Ili não era gentil e trata a os hóspedes de maneira ríspida. Estavamos em um grupo de 15 pessoas e todos tiveram a mesma impressão sobre ele.

Very clean and all renovated I was with my wife my son and my daughter they like the place.you can walk to train station and all the interesting paces in Florence.

Plus Florence was awesome! The atmosphere is really fun and there are lots of people to meet and hang out with! The room was clean and the ac worked wonderfully! I would definitely go back next time I’m in Florence.

Likes: Close to the city center, amenities Dislikes: Smoking close to where people are eat, food quality in restaurant, horrible cleaning of room and constant plumbing issues, cheap at the front desk with towels.

Our room was clean and spacious. It is located near things people want to see in Florence. Also, close to train and bus but walkable. They also stored our luggage at checkout for the day for much less than a storage place. Great and affordable choice for families or groups of friends!
