Vrátil jsem se z 10denního výletu do Sin-ťiangu. Letenky jsem si zarezervoval sám, ale neměl jsem vůbec žádnou představu o itineráři, tak jsem se zeptal na Klook. Odpověď byla velmi rychlá a zákaznický servis mi po zjištění mých přibližných požadavků pomohl s vytvořením itineráře. Ubytování bylo uspokojivé. Před odjezdem mi správce zařídil řidiče, pana Liu. Pan Liu se o nás po celou dobu velmi dobře staral, pomáhal nám se všemi našimi potřebami a během jízdy si všímal okolí. Když viděl krásnou scenérii, nechal nás zastavit a vyfotit se. Správce nám také každý večer připomínal, jaký je program na další den a na co si dát pozor. Sledoval také místní počasí a dopravní situaci. Když se očekávalo špatné počasí, včas s námi projednal a navrhl změny itineráře, čímž jsme se nakonec vyhnuli sněhové bouři a uzavření silnice Duku. 👍🏻

Our first trip to Ili, Xinjiang, an eight-day, seven-night journey, has come to a perfect end. The scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was fantastic. I sincerely thank Klook's travel consultant for planning the trip, and our tour leader Liu Zhou and concierge Yu Shan for their thoughtful care throughout! Our tour leader, Liu Zhou, was professional and meticulous. At each scenic spot, he provided detailed explanations of the local customs and culture. He even proactively took us to lesser-known attractions not on our itinerary, which led to many wonderful surprises. Every day, he prepared fresh fruit, including sweet and soft 'Old Man' melons, pre-cut and distributed to everyone – such heartwarming attention to detail. The distances between attractions in Xinjiang are long, with many winding mountain roads. Liu Zhou's driving skills were steady and experienced, earning a thousand thumbs up! We never felt tired even during long drives, and we felt completely safe the entire time. Our online concierge, Yu Shan, was also very responsible, providing daily updates on the next day's itinerary in advance and carefully reminding us about important travel considerations like clothing, sun protection, and road conditions. Both of them provided attentive companionship throughout the trip, making it worry-free and pleasant. This Ili trip was comfortable and unforgettable, and I highly recommend it!

The itinerary included punctual pick-up and departure. The local guide was very clear about the optional activities and the route. We had ample time at Tianchi Lake in Tianshan, and the scenery was beautiful. After the tour, we returned to the city on time. This is quite convenient for those looking to join a day trip.

This tour is a good introduction to North Xinjiang for first-time visitors. However, be prepared for long hours on the road. That said, the overall experience depends a lot on the driver-guide. I didn't appreciate being directed to expensive restaurants instead of being given a choice. On my last day, the airport driver insisted I leave the hotel early because of traffic but there was none. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hours before my flight, apparently because the driver had another booking. Overall, the scenery made the trip worthwhile, but I hope the company gives guests more flexibility and puts customers' convenience first.

Velmi doporučuji tuto soukromou prohlídku, za 9 dní jsme si dokázali vychutnat krásu Sin-ťiangu. Stále zpracovávám, jak neskutečná ta místa jsou. Jsem také opravdu vděčná za velmi vstřícného a trpělivého řidiče, pana Leeho, navzdory jazykové bariéře jsme se s ním cítili velmi dobře postaráno.

Our driver, Yang Wei, was absolutely fantastic! Incredibly and super good!!! He helped us carry all sorts of luggage, drove very steadily without any discomfort along the way, took us to clean restrooms, and on top of the itinerary, he told us where the scenery was less crowded and more beautiful. He took very nice photos for us and, knowing we were from Guangdong, quietly adjusted the playlist to be more youthful and Cantonese. On the last day, he even remembered our coffee preferences and bought us coffee (touched TUT) and drinks! He took care of us along the way in a subtle and thoughtful manner. We are truly very, very grateful! The overall itinerary was well-arranged, and all the items mentioned in the order were fulfilled. There was a mistake with the accommodation one night by the local travel agency, but they provided compensation. We hope that future communication can be more careful.

At first, I was hesitant because there was only one review. However, the service I received exceeded all my expectations. Deng Deng provided truly outstanding service—fast responses, excellent communication, detailed information, and a strong sense of responsibility. My tour package was upgraded, the hotel accommodations were all excellent, the van was comfortable, and the driver was friendly and experienced. As a Muslim traveler, my meal allowance was refunded, which I greatly appreciated. This was truly an affordable tour package that delivered an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.

Our trip to Xinjiang was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. Our tour leader, Suo Haoyin, was fantastic! He's an excellent driver and incredibly thoughtful (thanks to his help, my delayed luggage issue was resolved smoothly). The itinerary was perfectly planned, and I especially loved the small group tour format, which allowed us to explore the attractions at a leisurely pace.
