Our Chinese driver and tour guide, Xu Mingyu, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He used a translation app to communicate with us and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the tour. We booked a package with 7 full days of touring and one free day to explore the city. The price was surprisingly affordable, but the experience exceeded our expectations from the very first day! The hotels were genuinely 4 💎 quality. Our accommodation in Kanas was more basic, as expected in a mountain area, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we found all the accommodations relaxing and pleasant. Every destination was beautiful and peaceful. Tianchi, or Heavenly Lake, was my favorite, while Kanas was breathtaking despite the cold weather. The van is comfortable even during long drives. This tour offered excellent value for money and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! We will definitely book with them again for our next Xinjiang adventure! ❤️

A one-day tour to Heavenly Lake of Tianshan is hassle-free with punctual pick-up and drop-off. The lake boasts stunning scenery, where snow-capped mountains mirror the lake like a picturesque painting. The tour guide is thoughtful and informative. There’s plenty of time for sightseeing. No shopping stops throughout the trip, making it relaxing and well worth visiting

This was truly an exceptional trip. Our butler, Yushan, was extremely reliable. Every evening, she would post all the arrangements and precautions for the following day in the group chat, covering every detail with great care. A huge shout-out to our driver and tour guide, Team Leader Su! Not only does he have a great personality, but he is also a very steady driver. The itinerary was well-organized, and he actively checked in with us about our preferences, helped us take photos and videos, and had great aesthetic sense and skills. We chatted a lot along the way, which was very fun. Even during traffic jams and at crowded scenic spots, he took care of us to ensure we had the best possible experience. I imagine the experience would have been even better if we hadn't visited Northern Xinjiang during the National Day peak period. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Team Leader Su even prepared photo props, snacks, and water for us, and gave everyone a little toy sheep. It was truly a wonderful trip. The last day of the trip happened to be my mom's birthday, and Team Leader Su quietly ordered a cake for her. It was so thoughtful and touching; my mom had a very happy and surprising birthday. It was wonderful, and the friends we met along the journey were also exceptionally kind people. Although there were traffic jams and crowded scenic spots, this was still an unforgettable and highly satisfying trip. Highly recommended, very reliable. We will definitely book our trip to Southern Xinjiang with you guys next year.

Excellent! WeChat is a must. Scan your passport at the ticket gate. Met the guide at Turpan Station. Communication was done using WeChat's translation feature. We had an 8-seater van with USB charging sockets, and paid an additional 170 yuan (for camels, desert entry, and village visit). We went to the Flaming Mountains photo spot, then rode camels, tasted watermelon, had lunch at a folk village for 25 yuan, explored the village, walked in the desert (off-road vehicles and other options available), and then headed to the station. We were scheduled to arrive around 10:30 PM, but got there before 9:00 PM and were able to switch to an earlier train. There's a cafeteria at Turpan Station.

Η διαδρομή με το τελεφερίκ για να φτάσουμε στο βουνό δεν περιλαμβανόταν στο εισιτήριο, αλλά ο οδηγός με βοήθησε να το αγοράσω. Το εισιτήριο κοστίζει άλλα 200 γιουάν και αξίζει την εμπειρία για να φτάσετε στην κορυφή.

Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αυτή την ιδιωτική περιήγηση, σε 9 ημέρες μπορέσαμε να εκτιμήσουμε την ομορφιά του Σιντζιάνγκ. Ακόμα επεξεργάζομαι πόσο εξωπραγματικά είναι τα μέρη. Είμαι πραγματικά ευγνώμων και στον πιο εξυπηρετικό και υπομονετικό οδηγό, τον κ. Λι, παρά το γλωσσικό εμπόδιο νιώσαμε ότι μας φρόντισε πολύ καλά.

The itinerary included punctual pick-up and departure. The local guide was very clear about the optional activities and the route. We had ample time at Tianchi Lake in Tianshan, and the scenery was beautiful. After the tour, we returned to the city on time. This is quite convenient for those looking to join a day trip.

It is rare to find such straightforward and decisive travel companions, and we laughed and chatted all the way. The driver was exceptionally nice and worked very hard, explaining the general background of the attractions along the way and flexibly adjusting the pace based on time and weather to ensure we could see the most beautiful scenery. The driver even helped us shoot drone videos, and at many attractions, we filmed funny, impromptu group creative shots like sudden leaps. Although there were occasional instances of missed ticket purchases along the way, the travel agency handled and resolved them properly and quickly. Overall, excluding the two days for travel to and from Xinjiang, the eight full days of the trip were quite tiring, but also extremely enjoyable. I am so glad we chose the 1+1 first-class tour bus; otherwise, spending so long in the car every day would have made it very difficult to relieve the fatigue. I am very grateful to have had such a wonderful driver and groupmates.

Although the initial meeting location was changed, causing the inconvenience of taking a 30-minute taxi ride from my hotel, the weather on the day of the tour was great, making it a wonderful time to sightsee and enjoy the natural scenery. The guide even treated us to lamb skewers since we came from Korea, and with the relaxed itinerary, it felt like a perfect day to truly take in nature.
