A must-try adventure of a lifetime — an experience you won’t regret.
The only downside was that the video service purchased on-site didn’t capture the full footage due to a GoPro malfunction.
However, the team sincerely offered a refund, which is commendable. It includes shuttle service from the city to the airport.

The whole experience, from check-in, explanation, dressing, to live shooting, was completed in just 40 minutes, which is quite different from the scheduled time. It feels like it hasn't been open for long, and they are not yet familiar with tourists and field control quality. On this trip, since everyone who checked in was Asian, the staff didn't even bother to explain and just played a Chinese video 😅. But one advantage is that there are cute sheep to see across the street 🐑.

it was a fantastic experience. the flight was smooth and calm that brought you to a spectacular view. the staff were friendly and professional.

So happy, so worth it, so much fun! A must-try experience. The driver and tour guide provided a very dedicated introduction. Another highlight was the glacier helicopter experience, simply amazing. Once we were on the glacier, the instructor led us with great reassurance, you could see the instructor was very experienced. We walked for about an hour or a little more, which was actually quite sufficient because it was a bit tiring. Also, it's not really that cold on the glacier, so you don't need to wear too many clothes.

I'll definitely come back here to Queenstown, NZ and try this 21-meter drop in 5 seconds and ziplining again. Obviously, I want more! So, Ziptrek is a <5-minute walk near the Skyline center, but before going there, we need to book a gondola to get to the zipline zone. I recommend you guys try this.

everything was so amazing ! from booking to actual day ! i was soo happy !! one of the greatest experience of my life !! the staffs are all so lovely and friendly too

it was a fun experience overall, shooting, jet boat and off roading but could be longer overall had a super great time

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so I didn't get a chance to go paragliding. Hopefully, I'll have another opportunity to visit Queenstown, New Zealand, and try it in the future! If the flight is canceled, it will be displayed in the upper right corner of the Skytrek official website, and an email will also be sent to ask if you want to reschedule or get a refund.
