The tour was well organized, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. It was fascinating to learn about the history and behind-the-scenes details of the set. The scenery was stunning, and there were plenty of opportunities to take memorable photos. The comfortable luxury van made the journey relaxing and pleasant, allowing us to sit back and take in the beautiful scenery along the way.

A very lovely experience on the whole! Loved both the Waitomo Caves tour and the Hobbiton Movie set tour. All the guides were very clear and professional in their explanation, with drops of humour. Rachel the bus driver and main guide was also very reassuring, responsible and clear in instructions. we saw many lovely free range sheeps and cows along the way. very valuable for money. the coach bus was also comfortable!

I've visited almost all the attractions around Rotorua, such as Waiotapu Thermal Wonderland, Blue Spring, Huka Falls, and Lake Taupo. What left the deepest impression were Blue Spring and Huka Falls, with their incredibly pristine water and air quality. I really loved these two spots.

Really enjoyed the experience. Smooth van transfers to and from the Hobbiton site from Auckland and the vehicle is really comfortable. The tour guide on the hobbiton tour is really knowledgeable that you get to experience the full movie yourself. The movie set is unbelievably amazing and looks just like the movie.

My family and I had a great time exploring the hobbiton Movie Set. David the driver/guide is super friendly and humorous. Buffet lunch was great! Overall experience is fantastic!

Brad was an excellent guide. I often get stomach aches and motion sickness, but he made sure to have regular restroom breaks, and his driving was smooth with no sudden stops, which made me feel very comfortable. Of course, the scenery, the Hobbiton tour, and the glowworm tour were all wonderful. Even though I'm not very good at English, it was a small group tour, so everyone was friendly, and I had a great time.

Nice tour guide. I wrongly booked the destination to Rotorua, so I was so panicked when I noticed this. By keeping calling the CS, luckily they answered and let me change to round-trip back to Auckland at 7am on the trip day. Thanksful for that! Enjoyed a lot in the trip. The nature of NZ is so amazing!

Great time with this tour. Gabby was amazing and we enjoyed our time with her. The places we went were so scenic and worth it.

【I can definitely give this 5 stars】I highly recommend this tour. However, be prepared for a long drive. It takes about two to two and a half hours to reach the Cathedral Cove parking area, and then another 30-minute walk to get down to Cathedral Cove itself. The 30-minute walk there is fine, but the return trip is quite tiring. You'll spend about one to two hours at the beach. You can check the water temperature and weather to decide if you want to go for a swim; I recommend it. Second, Hot Water Beach is a lot of fun! Everyone digs in the sand with tools to create their own hot spring pools, and the water is genuinely hot—it's very interesting! Third, the tour guide will share fascinating stories and information about New Zealand's plants and trees throughout the journey. Fourth, there are no Chinese-speaking services here. If your English listening and speaking skills aren't strong, you should prepare a translation app. If your English isn't good, you'll miss out on a lot of the fun.
