Queenstown Paragliding Adventure with Skytrek

I was super lucky to fly in the morning because it was canceled in the afternoon due to strong winds. The scenery was beautiful, and the instructor's directions were very simple and easy to understand. The process was comfortable and fun. Highly recommend!

The instructor is very patient and kind. For those who are not fluent in English, he can patiently explain things multiple times. The scenery in Queenstown is really beautiful. The instructor provided guidance on many poses in the air for photos. You must buy the photos and videos, it's definitely one of the best memories of a lifetime.

Due to rain, the activity was canceled and announced on the vendor's website two days prior. There was no phone call or email notification. We tried calling multiple times in the hour leading up to the activity to inquire, but we couldn't get through. We were only informed at the counter that it had been canceled and announced on the website. However, no one ever mentioned that cancellation would be done this way, nor did anyone remind us to check the website. We were only told to call to confirm an hour before the activity. Therefore, the vendor and Klook really need to improve in this area, otherwise, it's confusing and a waste of waiting time. However, I commend the refund process. The full amount initially charged was refunded directly, without any loss due to exchange rate differences, which is great. The photo is of paragliding, taken while doing other activities.

I'm a pilot who's been paragliding in Korea for 28 years. The paragliding here is on a different level in terms of altitude and airtime compared to what you find at Queenstown SkyTrack. It's more expensive and doesn't have the extra services you might find at Korean paragliding companies, but you won't regret it the moment you take off. I flew with my family, and the pilots were Colombian friends who were very friendly. After landing, I paid for the video with Apple Pay since I didn't have my wallet.
