Let's start by saying that Shawn was an excellent guide, kind, friendly, and helpful. Then the rest, the Zenkoji temple, the fire ritual, and the tea ceremony (the couple who runs the restaurant where it takes place is very nice), was super interesting. The shukubo experience was a real enrichment for us.

The tour was great. In addition to the monkey park, it included a visit to the temple in Nagano and a sake tasting. The guide was great and knew a lot about Nagano, the temple, sake and the monkeys. I especially liked that the tour was not solely about the monkeys. It was a perfect mix and use of time in Nagano

the guide was knowledgeble and made efforts to engage with all the groups. there was plenty of time to take photos and walk around at each attraction. the views were spectacular. there was sufficient time for lunch.

The guide explained things very well and it was also very fun, I highly recommend it. We also did the dark labyrinth under the temple and it was beautiful.

the tour guide which is the owner of the factory speaks very good english and is very clear in his explantion. the food served was delicious. definitely recommend to any one who likes to know more about miso and taste the food

We'd like to sincerely thank our tour guide, Jens, for an exceptional experience. You could tell Jens put a lot of thought into every little detail, especially when planning the tour around the weather. He was patient, engaging, and really intentional with how he guided and took care of us. 10/10 would recommend!

The driver was on time for hotel pick-up and drop-off and proactively discussed and planned the itinerary's smoothness and time allocation in advance. They were also very enthusiastic about introducing attractions and related precautions along the way. I highly recommend this private car service!

we had our tour with Shawn and Mr. Nishi, and had an amazing experience! Shawn was really nice and accommodating, and was ready to share any knowledge he had. We enjoyed chatting and going through the tour :) the ninja museum included a ninja trick museum which was a very interesting and fun escape room experience. We also paid a bit extra to go for the shuriken throwing which was a mini delight. The soba making experience was so fun and interesting! Mr Nishi was also very nice and kind, and always greeted us with warmth and sincerity as we disboarded and boarded the transport vehicle. Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant tour that I would highly reccomend 🤗🤗

JAPAN IS 🩷 Having this pass (Japan Rail Pass) is worth it. If you're planning to wander all over Japan you must acquire this pass. I''ve been to Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Sapporo and Tokyo all included especially the Shinkansen. This was my second visit in Japan and I think if ever I will back again will acquire the same pass if I need to travel all over the county (Japan).
