Thank you to my kindest and passionate guide whom brought me around Shangri-La! First it was the Shonzalin Temple, then headed off for some fun actions at the Napa Grasslands mounted the horses! Then we went all around to different scenic areas such as the Napa Lake Prairie area! Passed by the Meili Mountain it was magnificent! I was ecstatic with my 1 day trip around the heavenly place called Xianggelilla! Thank you for the awesome day trip! And also, thank you for the amazing photos as well! Really loved it that my pictures turned out awesome and great!!! Loved it!!!

the journey is very long from Lijiang to Shangri La and I would advise those who wants to come Shangri La to take high speed train here and then ask the person fetch u from there.

Driver is nice and polite. Help guiding many stuffs and very punctual. Highly recommend for a day trip in Kunming. The car condition is neat and clean, suitable for family or friends trip.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the host, the driver for the 1 day trip excursion! 😃 The driver Mr Cheng is knowledgeable, he introduced to us the culture and places where to buy good quality jade products and offered meals suggestions when we need a rest break inbetween our tour. Mr Cheng is helpful he helped us carry our purchases and lend us umbrella when we encountered short spouts of rain. An awesome trip we would recommend to our friends!👍😃 we will book from Klook again in our next trip! 😃👍

Tour guide: When planning the trip, I inquired with several travel companies, specifically asking if they had female guides. Klook recommended Sister Mei to us, saying that customers who had been with her thought she was exceptionally good. So, after comparing several options, we embarked on a five-day, four-night journey with Sister Mei as our driver. Unexpectedly, Sister Mei turned out to be a fantastic guide – patient, meticulous, conscientious, and responsible. She took everyone's feelings into account and took care of us without us having to say much. Sister Mei thoughtfully prepared fruits, snacks, and local delicacies for us. She never rushed us, cared about whether we were warm enough, and demonstrated excellent driving skills on difficult roads. I knew choosing a female driver and female guide wouldn't be a mistake!

The tour was very well arranged, with Tom coordinating everything through WeChat. The driver picked us up early at 6.30am to avoid the crowds. First, we went to pick up the oxygen bottles before proceeding to the first location, blue moon valley, reaching at approximately 7.15-7.30am. En route, we saw huge crowds queuing for tickets. Once we reached blue moon valley, the driver did not follow us in but gave us very detailed instructions on what to do. We also paid for the mini shuttles to bring us around (~40 yuan). After that, we were supposed to meet the driver at the tourist centre but as the rest of my group have not returned, my guide instructed me to head up to the mountain first. Again, he sent specific instructions and the QR code which will be used for the cable car rides and the Lijiang impression performance. Overall, the itinerary was well-planned and there were sufficient time for us to explore the places on our own and the whole process was seamless.

Made a very last-minute booking, hoping to catch the golden sunrise on the snow mountains in winter, and it was totally worth it.
Itinerary: The arrangement was very smooth and seamless. Even in just a few days, I got a clear understanding of the Lijiang-Shangri-La route.
Tour Guide: The driver was very enthusiastic and professional, very familiar with the route; every day he helped us arrange the entry and exit times, and provided us with a lot of travel advice, which was a great help for us first-time visitors.
Accommodation Choice: I experienced hotels/B&Bs with different advantages for four days, and rested very well.
Attractions: The Baima Snow Mountain hike was the highlight of this trip, led by a very capable guide. It was my first time challenging a high altitude, wild route, and the moment the snow mountain appeared in front of me, I felt that all the bumps along the way were worth it.

A Day Trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
My group tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain took a nice turn, thanks to a flexible plan.
Our Grand Cableway ride was supposed to be in the morning, but it got rescheduled to the afternoon. Our guide quickly adjusted the itinerary—we visited Blue Moon Valley first, then the cableway. The valley’s turquoise water, like liquid jade, was breathtaking; we walked the boardwalk and laughed at the icy stream.
By 2 PM, we took the cableway up. The snow-dusted peaks against the blue sky made the thin air feel worth it. We snapped photos and enjoyed the quiet grandeur. Our driver waited patiently whenever we lingered, and the customer service team had confirmed the change earlier, keeping everything smooth.
Tired but happy by evening, the schedule shift only made the day better. Great service and stunning views—this trip will stay with me.

Our first time working with Klook was a very smooth experience. Since we were traveling with two 80-year-olds, we had many things to consider, especially since their knees weren't in great shape and we needed to avoid too many stairs. During the itinerary planning, Jiajia patiently optimized the design based on our needs until we were completely satisfied. Our driver, Xiao Zhao, proactively helped us take care of the elders during the tour, slowing down and adjusting the pace to accommodate their physical condition. He recommended delicious and cost-effective food, saving us the trouble of researching food guides. He was very trustworthy. In just a few days, we felt like family. I highly recommend finding Xiao Zhao if you come to Tengchong. He's handsome, kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer questions. He is very considerate of his guests and makes you feel right at home.
