One-day tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang, Yunnan

Me and my family are extremely satisfied with the trip. Our tour guide Xue is so energentic and careful. We love the way she told us about Naixi and other ethnics in Lijiang. We are provided thoroughly with both oxygen and rain&warm coat. Even when we forgot our bag at the show, Xue helps us a lot until we can found it out. Her English is smoothly too. An extremely noice experience in Yulong and with the tourguide, even in the beginning of Sep, we still can see snow!

We had a great experience with the tour service. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the route. She taught us how to use the oxygen canisters and when to use it during the trip. We were able to reach her easily if we had any questions.

Ok - the trip was amazing. You get to see so many things in one day - definitely worth paying this price. At first I didn't believe that I need to spend so much time there. But believe me, you are always on the move and no time is wasted. The most important thing - I don't speak Chinese and this is Chinese speaking group. This was not a problem! Our amazing guide 和贵敏 took care of us and was writing every detail on WeChat (we could both translate instantly). So I felt safe and taken care of. Thanks a lot!!!! Great service with clear communication from the staff. A special thanks to our driver, Ms. 秋, for being so enthusiastic and supportive during our Snow Mountain trip. Despite our limited Chinese, she guided us perfectly using texts and images. She even arranged an early transfer back to the hotel when we finished our glacier tour ahead of schedule. Truly a fantastic experience in Lijiang!

pickup and drop off was smooth. recommend to connect with driver using WeChat. itinerary was met. lunch was basic so dont expect much. guide is friendly but need some time to understand his explanations.

A very pleasant experience. The guide was excellent and helpful even though I couldn't speak Mandarin at all. The guide was very friendly and gave me instructions via WeChat. I would still like to visit Lijiang again.

We get pick up quite early around 5.36am and the driver doesn't know any english. We were told the guide would only speak chinese and any information would be told in wechat. But i find it quite inconvenience because we wouldnt know any information at that time but only later after being told in wechat. We are told to buy oxygen mask and a drink to prevent altitude sickness for 291yuan but after buying all of this i still get altitude sickness. Then before entering yulong snow mountain we are being told to buy other item like shoe cover, glove and sock but only if you need it. They gave us winter coat. With this tour there a 3 place that we need to go with different time slot from other people from the same bus. The tour guide had explain to other people but we couldnt understand at that time and felt a little bit lost, only after we get the wechat that we know what we are suppose to do.

Please put in the description that tour is in Chinese only. We are non-Chinese speakers so we had a hard time during the trip. Also, floor of car service used was quite dirty inside.

This is a tour with a huge amount of flexibility on the scheduling, your group will have a mix of people having various plans. The agency coordinating this service were very unorganised, not giving proper instructions such as mentioning there's a light meal provided but in reality there's none. Our driver (ie. Tour Guide) made up for all the frustration we have with the agency people. Please note tour is in full Chinese and language service requires a top up. Our driver was in full contact with us on WeChat the whole time, making sure we knew where to go and that we understand his explanation (if that meant him reexplaining 5 times).
