Highly recommended! The tour operator was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist. Our driver in Dali and Lijiang Master Ah Xing was excellent and also served as our tour guide, making the trip smooth and enjoyable. Communication through WeChat was seamless, and everything was well-coordinated with no problems at all. If you’re planning a trip to Yunnan, this agency is definitely a great choice. Our guide Ahyan was 11/10 as she shared with us everything we needed to know about Yunnan from tea, silver, nature, food, way of life, economy, property, marriage, history and ethnic groups within a short span of time. She is funny but firm in managing the time and group. Offered to take photos at major spots. Even though it rained heavily in the afternoon at Jiuxiang scenic area, she problem solved and ensured that everyone had a good time and was safe. Exceeded expectations and had a memorable day.

We were extremely satisfied with this trip. The travel agency was very responsible and responded quickly; they also arranged special requests very promptly. All the luxury hotels we stayed in were very clean, and the soft furnishings were beautiful and antique. We were also particularly pleased with our driver, Master Li*Bao (Yun P93466). As a local, he has a deep understanding of Yunnan and was able to introduce us to various unique aspects of Yunnan and its ethnic minorities at any time. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. The commercial vehicle he drove was also very comfortable, and his driving skills were excellent; even though we had long journeys, we never felt uncomfortable. The daily schedule for attractions and outings was very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend the luxury private tour.

Everything was well organized and on time. We visited Dianchi Lake first, then had lunch, and ended the day at the Stone Forest.
I joined this tour with my elderly mother, who uses a cane and had always wanted to visit the Stone Forest. We only had one full day in Kunming, so this tour was perfect for us.
Our guide Luosang was kind, patient, and waited for us while my mom walked slowly, especially in the rain. Even though we don't speak Chinese, everything went smoothly.
Thank you for helping fulfill my mom's wish. We had a wonderful and memorable day!

This 10-day Yunnan trip includes a 6-day tour group for Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang, a 2-day/1-night tour group for Shangri-La, and a 2-day/1-night tour group for Lugu Lake! Each leg of this tour had a different guide! We had Guide Liao Zhiyun leading us through Kunming and Dali! Guide Zhima led us to Lijiang, and Sangji Zhuoma led us on our Shangri-La tour! And our Brother Anwu led us on our Lugu Lake tour! Every guide was very professional, introducing us to many delicious foods and local specialties! The hotel accommodations and dining were also good!

The tour was great covering 4 cities in Yunnan with a planned schedule. Few of tour guide didn't speak English, but The Chinese tourists people were so kind and nice to give local support! Only part i think it was lacking was the price since it was more expensive for solo Travellers as well as Chienese national foundation day

recommend this tour. tour guide was passionate and shared about the tour/jiuxiang/shilin and also gave some information and recommendations for yunnan. quite some walking and climbing of stairs involved for both jiuxiang and shilin. jiuxiang was self-guided for the second half, while for shilin the tour guide was with us for the whole journey and gave explanations on the way. lunch provided was a simple chinese meal, many dishes but on the bland side. edible and good to try.

I had a wonderful experience at Kunming Jueyan! The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire experience. The costumes and makeup were beautifully done, making me feel fully immersed. The ambience was elegant and beautifully decorated, creating a memorable atmosphere. The food was also delicious and well presented. Everything was well organized, and I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Kunming!

Overall it is value for money and highly praise the tour guide Ms Moon, she is exceptionally well to bring us in this fruitfull short tour. The tour is simple but the handling is just enough. The timing is just perfect to cover the enitre 2-1/2 hours walk thru the cave and end with the nice lunch before we depart to the city.
