We bought this as we wish to go to Stone Forest which quite far (around 1.5hours) from the hotel we stay in. There will be extra cost 150yuan as the place is in Shilin and we dont mind to pay extra. Customer Service Lily contacted us and assisted us with a good driver. We departed a bit earlier than 9am and reached Stone Forest 15mins after 10am. Driver helped to buy the ticket for us together with the electric car so that we can enter the place once we reached, we really appreciate it. After Stone Forest, we went to Dounan Flower Market and GuanShang Old Town. Driver also recommended a place to try the Wild Mushroom Hot Pot

We are a group of 8 person Malaysian Muslims travelling to Kunming. We had an amazing day in Kunming with this trip! Miss Moon texted me directly after I booked which is very efficient. She's very attentive and helpful in managing the trip. We had a smooth communication and she understands our needs which is amazing! During the day trip itself, it was very smooth and a fun trip overall. The drivers are very kind, patient and so helpful throughout the trip. The drivers also explain a lot about the city and the places we visited. They helped us from the beginning until the end! Driver is punctual and our coordinator Moon contacted us weeks before our trip. Everything is well informed and organised. They even helped me to get tickets to Dragon Gate, Stone Forest and Jiu Xiang. I will definitely engage them again in my next trip to China

It was good. I think what could be better if the driver can speaks in english and maybe the customer service can recommend places to go. The driver is kind and was okay to follow our suggestion and he suggested too.

We started our Shilin Stone Forest tour early in the morning, followed by a packed schedule including Yunnan Nationalities Village and Kunming Station. Our guide provided realistic time management, which helped us complete all the activities we wanted. The train station was very crowded as it was the day before a holiday, but our guide personally escorted us inside, preventing any difficulties foreigners might encounter. Thanks to our driver, we left with a very positive impression of Kunming. The vehicle was also clean and spacious, which further increased our satisfaction.

we have to make a last minute plan 2 days before as we want to go to stone Forest upon arriving by rail from Dali. I received confirmation after booking and after a few attempts finally get ahold of agent via WeChat. the platform lady said it was out of city and it was a tour within Kunming but I was sure it said 200 km, she said I have to pay extra CNY150 immediately which I did as my friends really want to go, when I checked the review from previous traveller they said they booked this private charter to Stone Forest as well, would klook be able to give me an answer or did I overpaid??
