• Special note: This tour does not include an English-speaking guide. Foreign guests who do not speak Chinese should participate in the activity with a Chinese-speaking companion.
• For safety reasons: minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler; seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-60 years old.
• Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After a successful booking, your trip butler will contact you via email within 2 hours. If you do not receive an email, you can contact your trip butler using the supplier's email address provided on your confirmation slip.
• The staff will confirm your departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated location and time. As this is a shared transfer service, there may be some waiting time, so please understand! The meeting point may be adjusted, and during holidays, the pick-up time may be earlier to avoid congestion.
• Kind reminder: This product does not include highway tolls. On the second day of the itinerary, we will return from Shangri-La to Lijiang. If you wish to take the highway back (which can save about 1.5 hours), with the consent of all passengers in the vehicle, the group members can share the highway tolls to take the highway back, costing about 20 yuan per person. If even one passenger disagrees, we will follow the original itinerary and return to Lijiang via the national highway. Please communicate and negotiate with the driver in advance!
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. • Most trips in Yunnan involve long drives and relatively early departures. Sufficient sleep is essential for a comfortable travel experience. Conditions in the Tibetan areas are limited. Local conditions are limited, so you may need to bring your own toiletries, etc. Hot water may not be sufficient, so please be mentally prepared and do not measure by city hotel standards. • In case of holidays or unexpected traffic jams, the end time of the itinerary may be delayed. As the itinerary ends late on the same day, it is recommended that you do not book trains or flights for the same day, so as not to delay your travel plans.

• This is a group tour. There are no discounted or free tickets for group purchases, and no refunds will be issued if tourists withdraw from the tour midway due to personal reasons, abandon the tour, or if the scenic area cannot be visited due to irresistible factors (such as rising water, road closures, etc.).
• By default, a twin room will be arranged for 2 adults per room. This itinerary does not allow for shared rooms. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, you must purchase a "single room supplement": a single traveler will be arranged a private room; if 3 adults are traveling, you need to purchase 3 adult tickets and 1 "single room supplement", which will arrange two rooms for you.

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Children: Ages 3-9 years old and under 1.2M in height. Children's fees only include seat fees and driver service fees; they do not occupy a bed, do not include tickets or complimentary items, and other expenses are at your own discretion (it is recommended that children be at least 6 years old to participate in high-altitude areas).
• Children 120 cm (inclusive) or taller are charged the same as adults.
• Children over 9 years old are the same price as adults.
• In plateau areas, individuals aged 65 and above must be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old who pays for their travel. They must sign a "Health Agreement" and a "Waiver of Liability." The waiver must include the individual's signature, the signature and fingerprint of a direct relative of normal age (20-60 years old), and they must declare their health condition to the travel agency and purchase accident insurance.
