Tours de Puffing Billy Railway

El guia Curtis era molt entusiasta, al principi sí que semblava que parlava molt. Però després també et donava temps per descansar. Tot el recorregut va tenir prou temps, no es va sentir gens apressat, tot i que alguns clients potser van arribar una mica tard. L'experiència del tren de vapor va ser molt bona, no m'esperava que durés gairebé 45 minuts. La majoria dels records, personalment, crec que no cal comprar-los, és millor aprofitar el temps per fer fotos i gaudir del paisatge. A més, quan vam anar a veure els pingüins, el guia va veure que portava una faldilla curta i es va preocupar si tenia fred, fins i tot em va donar una bossa escalfadora. Jo no sóc gens fredolica, així que de seguida la vaig donar a la meva amiga que sí que ho és. Recomano a tothom que compri els seients de luxe, perquè quan els veieu sortir de l'aigua i tornar-hi, estareu pràcticament a la distància de dues mans d'ells, val molt la pena. El que va ser encara més sorprenent va ser el cel ple d'estrelles, el paisatge amb els pingüins és realment un 100. Moltes gràcies per aquesta experiència.

Thanks our tour guide and driver Stuart. He is really kind and helpful. He always reminds us everything, even which toilet is cleaner. We have enough time to take photos and walk around each place. It is my first time to visit Australia with family. We are happy to have him to be our guide. However, i have something to remind you guys. It is highly recommended to have a great breakfast before you take on the travel bus. Your next meal would be around 5:30pm probably.

Overall, the tour was good, although the itinerary felt a bit rushed. There were so many places to visit, but not enough time to fully enjoy each one. The highlights of our trip were definitely the rainforest tour and the Puffing Billy experience—they were absolutely superb! I’d also like to give special recognition to our tour guide, Mr. Joe Chan. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout the trip. He went above and beyond by helping us take photos and videos, making sure we captured wonderful memories together. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and exceptional service. Thank you, Mr. Joe Chan, for making our experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to you!

En general, el recorregut és agradable. Vam reservar un recorregut en anglès, però el guia turístic va parlar xinès durant tot el recorregut. Tot i que ens va donar una guia en anglès per llegir, la sensació de no estar inclosos en el recorregut hi era.

I really enjoyed this tour and appreciated how much effort Matt put into making the experience fun and informative. He shared lots of interesting information about Melbourne and Phillip Island, plus gave plenty of helpful recommendations before the tour ended. The itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Matt even managed to squeeze in some extra spots so we could see kangaroos, wallabies, and other animals along the way. The Puffing Billy Railway ride was a nice experience, the views at The Nobbies during sunset were absolutely beautiful, and the little penguins were incredibly cute!! 😄

Viatge meravellós i profitós! Gaudeixo de cada trosset i moment d'aquesta curta excursió amb el tren de vapor Puffing Billy. El personal amable va fer que el nostre viatge fos molt reconfortant i agradable. Felicitats a la Jacqui i al Matt, tots dos van ser molt professionals i apassionats amb el seu servei! Ben fet!

Had a great day on this tour! Vance was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable on and shared lots of interesting info throughout the journey. We started at Brighton Beach for some cute instagrammable photos with the iconic rainbow bathing boxes, followed by the Puffing Billy train ride with its stunning scenic views. There was also enough time at the various stops and we even got to interact with some wild animals along the way. The Penguin Parade was a lovely way to end the day - real cute creatures! Highly recommend for first-time visitors to Melbourne! 😊

Max, our guide, is a multi-faceted, multi-talented, and a multi-lingual tourist guide. We arrived just in a knick of time and he was kind enough to guide us throughout the trip. More so, he also helped us in achieving our photo goals as a group. We highly recommend this activity in Melbourne.
