行程超级合理而且很丰富的一次安排，九点出发不会很累，只要住在火车站附近就行，还能在酒店吃完早餐再出门。Joe人超级好，一直很有耐心，而且会帮助大家拍照，在小火车还帮我们拍了小视频，这种纪念对于我这种一个人出来旅行的特别友好。去巧克力庄园美美吃个冰淇淋，再去酒庄品鉴葡萄酒，去澳洲怎么能不喝葡萄酒！还摸到了一直很好奇的袋鼠，毛真的好舒服，而且有吃的他们真的很热情。也能看到考拉，比悉尼塔龙加看到的多。晚上再去看企鹅归巢，不过这个点稍微有点失望。可能离得太远了吧，发现和网上宣传差挺多。而且我感觉这个岛适合自驾住一晚，真的好舒服。

超級推薦這個一日遊！早上9點集合，晚上9點半回到墨爾本市中心！ 行程時間上安排的很剛好，加上司機兼導遊Joe很專業又細心，每個點都親自帶著我們，在車上邊開車邊用英文介紹景點。他是香港人，會粵語、中文、英文，英文介紹的很詳細，在澳大利亞待25年了，開車平穩！很幸運可以遇到一位好導遊，每一站都會幫大家個別拍照，搭乘小火車時還幫我們站在橋上錄影片。對小朋友也很友善！！！ 我們乘坐中型巴士，一團大概20人！ 第一站巧克力工廠停留40分鐘無限試吃巧克力 第二站品嚐葡萄酒（自費15澳/人），時間停留30分鐘，品嚐5種酒，每種大概2口的量，我覺得這個行程可以不用自費來體驗，可能我不是專業的，喝不出特別之處。 接著是午餐，停留在一個小鄉鎮，有麥當勞跟中式餐館可以選（自費），大多數人都選擇吃麥當勞，停留40分鐘。 我們的蒸汽小火車時間是下午2點15分，運氣很好剛好火車沒有延遲，天氣也很好，搭乘時間約半小時，乘坐位置很重要，坐右邊才拍的到小火車的美！只可惜時間抓的剛好，沒有時間停留紀念品店買明信片收藏。 再來是Mary無尾熊+袋鼠公園，跟市區的動物園不一樣的地方在於，這裡的比較小，但是可以近距離餵食+觸摸袋鼠。這是自費行程，一人30澳（團體票價格），停留時間約45分鐘，非常值得來體驗！大家都玩的很開心。 最後一站是企鵝歸巢，時間停留一小時看得夠。主要是企鵝在日落後才會歸巢，一群一群的回家！建議提早卡位拍攝位置。 因為在墨爾本最南邊，氣候比較冷！ 總之，行程不會緊湊，坐車時間長要有心理準備，如果很幸運遇到Joe帶團，那將會是美好的一天！

Decided to join this tour as a solo female traveler, but ended up finishing the trip with a very grateful feeling. Joe Chan was my tour guide. He did his job very well and was very caring. The tour schedule wasn’t too packed, but it’s better to bring your own light meals to eat while you’re on the way from place to place. Highly recommended.

This tour was honestly one of the best experiences and activities we did during our 3 days in Melbourne. Everything was very well organized and we managed to visit all the places listed in the booking, including Maru Animal Park, Puffing Billy, and the wine tasting. Our tour guide, Joe, was super humble, friendly, and helpful throughout the journey. He even offered to take photos for us and explained many interesting things about the places we passed by along the way. The Puffing Billy train ride and wine tasting were definitely the most memorable experiences for me. Highly recommend joining this tour with Joe if you’re visiting Melbourne!

I chose to join this tour based on consistently good reviews of its tour guides, and I was not disappointed at all. Joe Chan is the most considerate guide I have ever met! He pays good attention to each person in the group (11 people) and offers help before we ask. It was a long day (over 13 hours and 400km mileage) but he managed to maintain a professional smile and high level of energy throughout the whole day. He sent us very clear guidance the evening before, prepared us with a lot of details at each stop on the tour, and helped all of us take pictures, so I felt well taken care of even though I was traveling alone. I would highly recommend this tour if a good guide is important to you. The Puffing Billy train and penguin parade are very unique and interesting experiences, not to be missed! I liked the Maru animal park as well - it’s small but you can get up close to the kangaroos and feed them. Wine tasting and chocolaterie are also interesting and not normal shopping stops.

Really decent tour to cover bits and pieces around the East/South of Melbourne in a day, that you would otherwise need to put effort in planning, booking & driving about. Shout out to William for taking care of us

my driver and guide for the tour is Joe and he is so friendly. Even though the Buffing Billy in our trip was canceled due to unexpected notice from Police, Joe then made it up for us by driving us to places near the beach, where we could see the beautiful sunset. If you are in to taking photos, you sure can get a lot of beautiful pictures. The whole tour was safe thanks to Joe. What a great experience!!

這個地方大家都玩樂得很開心，尤其行程方面的安排， 10分好，基本上需要體驗的都有，建議大家可以按照這個行程去玩樂，價錢亦都很合理，動物園，這裏的動物款式很多，而且有近距離接觸，袋鼠方面如果你不怕的話可以直接觸摸，建議可以加購$3去餵哺袋鼠，看看他們吃不吃，然後會去酒莊，要加$15 ，不包含的，還有動物園的費用也不包含的，好像是$23左右，重頭戲是小火車，一如既往的好，這個體驗是必須的，全程大概好像是15分鐘左右，也很足夠體驗了，因為這個地方是pat pat坐在一邊然後隻腳伸到車外，如果坐得太耐， pat pat會痛，最後是企鵝，可以看到企鵝很可愛，溫馨提示這裏不能拍照，不要開閃光燈傷害企鵝的眼睛，大家要自律

No cal perdre el temps mirant els itineraris d'altres agències de viatges, ja els he revisat tots per tu. Les pitjors ressenyes d'altres agències amb el mateix preu eren sobre cotxes que s'avariaven, guies que també eren conductors i no feien cap explicació, o fins i tot canvis d'última hora el mateix dia sense aparèixer. Nosaltres vam tenir molta sort! El nostre guia d'avui, Shin, no va tenir cap d'aquests problemes, al contrari, ens va donar els consells més directes: va fer presentacions adequades dels llocs d'interès, va conduir de manera estable i ràpida, i fins i tot ens va deixar fer fotos quan vam veure cangurs ❤️. He treballat molt a la vida i mai havia tingut tantes ganes de donar propina... A més, ens va portar a un celler australià premiat per fer un tast de vins per només 15 AUD, un servei realment excel·lent... Aquell dia, fins i tot ens va deixar directament als nostres respectius hotels. No puc agrair-ho prou, per no parlar de les begudes gelades gratuïtes disponibles durant tot el viatge... Espero que el meu proper viatge d'un dia a la Great Ocean Road sigui millor que el d'aquesta agència 👍. Tots agraïm la teva excel·lent guia turística, Shin 👍👍. 首先這次的旅行因行程超賣，當天差點無法完成期待已久的企鵝之旅。還好導遊William在確認處理下，讓我們頂上未到缺口而參加這個行程。這一天的行程從早上8:30出發到晚上12點回到飯店，雖疲憊卻也非常充實。行程包含：蒸汽小火車+酒莊品酒+巧克力農場+Maru動物園+考斯小鎮+企鵝歸巢。導遊非常細心且有耐心，並且每站景點都有詳盡專業說明。總之，非常推薦這個行程還有專業的導遊William，衷心感謝他～
