Tren Puffing Billy & Desfilada de Pingüins & Parc de Coales & Platja de Brighton

El guia Curtis era molt entusiasta, al principi sí que semblava que parlava molt. Però després també et donava temps per descansar. Tot el recorregut va tenir prou temps, no es va sentir gens apressat, tot i que alguns clients potser van arribar una mica tard. L'experiència del tren de vapor va ser molt bona, no m'esperava que durés gairebé 45 minuts. La majoria dels records, personalment, crec que no cal comprar-los, és millor aprofitar el temps per fer fotos i gaudir del paisatge. A més, quan vam anar a veure els pingüins, el guia va veure que portava una faldilla curta i es va preocupar si tenia fred, fins i tot em va donar una bossa escalfadora. Jo no sóc gens fredolica, així que de seguida la vaig donar a la meva amiga que sí que ho és. Recomano a tothom que compri els seients de luxe, perquè quan els veieu sortir de l'aigua i tornar-hi, estareu pràcticament a la distància de dues mans d'ells, val molt la pena. El que va ser encara més sorprenent va ser el cel ple d'estrelles, el paisatge amb els pingüins és realment un 100. Moltes gràcies per aquesta experiència.

Curtis és un guia turístic divertit i fiable. Ens va donar consells excel·lents per al nostre viatge a Phillip Island. Mentre érem a Phillip Island, també ens va explicar detalladament els millors llocs per veure els pingüins. Quan vam arribar a l'entrada del Maru Koala and Animal Park, l'espectacle d'esquila d'ovelles estava a punt de començar en cinc minuts. Curtis ens va guiar perquè no ens perdéssim la meravellosa actuació. Després que el tour va acabar i vam tornar al centre de la ciutat, també ens va recomanar molts restaurants locals deliciosos. En general, estic extremadament satisfet amb la seva professionalitat i entusiasme. Molt recomanable!

This tour is fantastic! An exoerience not to be missed. Despite in the rainy winter, the driver Curtis made it all a smooth journey. He even has good quality raincoat that he prepared for all of us! Very thoughtful. Curtis is also very informative and friendly. Thank you!!

I was also really impressed by how fluently he could communicate in both English and Chinese, which helped everyone in our tour group stay on the same page. The finale at Phillip Island was truly memorable; despite a sudden heavy downpour during the Penguin Parade, seeing the little penguins return to the beach alongside sightings of wallabies and wild geese against a backdrop of magnificent coastal views made for a perfect day."

Pickup and drop-off arrangements were clearly communicated, and he was punctual at every stop. One highlight was our visit to Maru Koala Park, where Curtis showed us how to feed the kangaroos and getting great selfies with them—something we really appreciated. At Philip Island, his advice on where and how to spot the penguins made a big difference, and we had an amazing viewing experience. On the way there, we were also lucky to spot many wild wallabies, which added an extra touch of excitement to the journey. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized tour—highly recommended!

Loved the Puffing Billy train experience, we arrived right on time at every destination thanks to the tour guide’s excellent arrangements. It gets very windy at the Nobbies and Brighton beach, so be sure to dress warmly. At the Penguin Parade, try to get a seat at the front if possible. Otherwise, once you spot the penguins at the beach, you can leave the general viewing area and wait on the right side of the path leading back to the centre for a closer view. The tour guide provided detailed explanations throughout, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

This’s the great tour that everyone who plans to travel outside of Melbourne. Even on our day, it rained sometime, but most of time was when we needed to be outside, I still feel it’s great day for me. Our guide, Mr.Curtis, is so nice too. All of his services to us, I’m appreciated with. He explained well both English and Chinese, and he had some ideas to cope with the uncertain weather.
