Bandung

During this trip to Bandung, I visited Tangkuban Perahu volcano and the Orchid Forest, which were the highlights I was most looking forward to. Meeting our driver, Yusuf, for this tour was the greatest stroke of luck on this trip. First, the car was incredibly clean and comfortable. Driver Yusuf spoke English fluently, so communication was perfect. He also had deep knowledge of Bandung, making him seem very professional and experienced throughout our journey. Especially on this tour, Tangkuban Perahu volcano was an unforgettable and special experience! Feeling the mysterious scenery of smoke rising between volcanic rocks and directly experiencing the heat of an active volcano was truly amazing. The Orchid Forest was a great place for a relaxing stroll. We also went to a cafe that Driver Yusuf recommended, and wow... it was truly a gallery, just as its name suggested. It was such a wonderful cafe. With Driver Yusuf, who was so kind and considerate throughout our journey, the mysterious Tangkuban Perahu volcano, and the lush Orchid Forest, everything about the day was perfect. For those planning a tour to Bandung, I highly recommend Driver Yusuf!

We enjoyed the tour and our guide, Mr. Ega is very good. He is always on time and behaves in a professional way. His communication skills are very good. He is highly recommended for this job and has done very well. Thank you.

It was kinda cloudy during sunrise, so we werent able to see actual sunrise. There's a steep incline to go up, hence travellers need to be reasonably fit or healthy to go up. Driver was helpful and friendly.

Our driver Cici was amazing. She was very nice and patient, no awkwardness at all. She picked us up at 3am so that we could have ample time to make it for sunrise at Sunan Ibu Sunrise Point. But please dont underestimate the coldness, we were underprepared. It was 10 degrees Celsius at that hour. Luckily, we were able to rent a jacket along the stairs for 50k rupiah. And there were so many stars, such a starry night. The sunrise colours were amazing. Kawah Putih was spectacular as well. We also soaked our legs at Kawah Rengganis. Would recommend anyone coming to Bandung to get Cici to be your driver! Our itinerary was: Sunan Ibu Sunrise Point, Kawah Putih, Rengganis Suspension Bridge, Kawah Cibuni Rengganis, Situ Patenggang, and Garden Berry - Petik Strawberry Sendiri. Additional fees: 580k total (200k for the early 3am pick up, 250k for the Ciwidey out-of-town surcharge, 100k for the driver’s meal, 25k for tolls, and 5k for parking)

with my man heri, it was a wonderful trip. he drove safely, and he was very friendly. thanks to his guide, I was able to visit Kawah Poetih, Rengganis crater, Ranca Upas. I loved all places i went with Heri. even the lunch and the road which had tea plantation views were all nice. Also I would love to travel again with Heri if I come to Indonesi again.

the driver was helpful with our luggages, lucky there was only 10 of us so all out 12 luggages can fit. the transport was smooth and clean. he even turned on our music request on youtube .can book them again from Bandung to Jakarta city centre next time and skip the train!

Vam recollir la moto amb el Sr. Farrel a l'estació de tren. Vaig perdre el tren i vaig arribar una hora tard, però vam mantenir el contacte per WhatsApp durant tot el temps. La recollida va ser fluida i, com que la moto no podia transportar equipatge gran, ens va ajudar a reservar un Grab per deixar-lo temporalment en un taller de motos, cosa que ens va permetre començar el viatge sense problemes. El període de lloguer (recollida i devolució) es va calcular a partir del moment de la recollida, amb 48 hores, la qual cosa va ser molt convenient. El servei va ser molt atent i va crear records inoblidables per a aquest viatge a Indonèsia. Moltes gràcies.

The hotel is realy clean and new. The staffs are accommodating and kind. Also, we appreciate the guards helping us with our luggage. The receptionis has a youthful smile and vibe. I would love to stay here again next time. Cons is that the laundry is not free.

The staff were generally okay, but there were several issues during our stay. One major downside was that we were given a smoking room even though we were traveling with kids. During the booking process, there was no clear option to choose a non-smoking room (or perhaps it wasn’t obvious). Thankfully, the room didn’t smell too strongly of smoke, but I still had to use my own car diffuser to help reduce the odor. The staff also mentioned that bookings made through Klook are automatically assigned smoking rooms, which honestly doesn’t make much sense. Additionally, we requested soft-boiled eggs three times during breakfast, but each time the request was unsuccessful. We were given hard-boiled eggs instead. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but these issues were quite disappointing.
