During this trip to Bandung, I visited Tangkuban Perahu volcano and the Orchid Forest, which were the highlights I was most looking forward to. Meeting our driver, Yusuf, for this tour was the greatest stroke of luck on this trip. First, the car was incredibly clean and comfortable. Driver Yusuf spoke English fluently, so communication was perfect. He also had deep knowledge of Bandung, making him seem very professional and experienced throughout our journey. Especially on this tour, Tangkuban Perahu volcano was an unforgettable and special experience! Feeling the mysterious scenery of smoke rising between volcanic rocks and directly experiencing the heat of an active volcano was truly amazing. The Orchid Forest was a great place for a relaxing stroll. We also went to a cafe that Driver Yusuf recommended, and wow... it was truly a gallery, just as its name suggested. It was such a wonderful cafe. With Driver Yusuf, who was so kind and considerate throughout our journey, the mysterious Tangkuban Perahu volcano, and the lush Orchid Forest, everything about the day was perfect. For those planning a tour to Bandung, I highly recommend Driver Yusuf!

She was willing to go the extra mile making sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. Instead of taking us to tourist spots, our guide, Budi, helped us experience Bandung like a local. We had Esrina as our private driver for our 2-day trip around Bandung, visiting Tangkuban Perahu, Kawah Domas, Kawah Putih, and Rengganis. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and entertaining throughout the journey, making our trip enjoyable and stress-free. Esrina gave us excellent recommendations for delicious local food that was reasonably priced, which we really appreciated. She also shared useful tips on what to be careful about as foreign visitors, helping us feel more comfortable and safe during our trip. She was always punctual, professional, and made sure we had a great experience at every destination. We couldn't have asked for a better driver. I used the service with Mr. Agus, he is very kind and polite. The best part is he is real local here so he know the places very well. Af first, I didn’t expect much caused it was unplanned trip, but it turns out that all the place I went are unforgettable, starting with Tangkuban Perahu, Orchids Forest park which I can bough a few cactus home, the Luwak coffee farm which changed my thought about making animal-crueling coffee. The last is the best, the Dahapati Resto… the best comfort oxtail soup that everyone should try… heals my souls..

the driver was helpful with our luggages, lucky there was only 10 of us so all out 12 luggages can fit. the transport was smooth and clean. he even turned on our music request on youtube .can book them again from Bandung to Jakarta city centre next time and skip the train!

I had arranged to pick up the vehicle with Mr. Farrel at the train station. I missed my train, causing a one-hour delay, but we maintained continuous contact via WhatsApp. The vehicle handover went smoothly. Since the scooter couldn't accommodate our large luggage, he also helped us book a Grab to temporarily store it at a motorcycle repair shop, allowing our trip to start without a hitch. The rental period was calculated as 48 hours from the time of pickup, which was very convenient. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and created unforgettable memories for our trip to Indonesia. Overall, everything was satisfactory and met my expectations. However, there are a few minor areas for improvement: the hairdryer was unavailable, the bathtub drainage seemed slightly sluggish, and there is no direct elevator access from the parking area (requiring the use of stairs first). Thank you.

The hotel is realy clean and new. The staffs are accommodating and kind. Also, we appreciate the guards helping us with our luggage. The receptionis has a youthful smile and vibe. I would love to stay here again next time. Cons is that the laundry is not free.
