with my man heri, it was a wonderful trip. he drove safely, and he was very friendly. thanks to his guide, I was able to visit Kawah Poetih, Rengganis crater, Ranca Upas. I loved all places i went with Heri. even the lunch and the road which had tea plantation views were all nice. Also I would love to travel again with Heri if I come to Indonesi again.

I used the service with Mr. Agus, he is very kind and polite. The best part is he is real local here so he know the places very well. Af first, I didn’t expect much caused it was unplanned trip, but it turns out that all the place I went are unforgettable, starting with Tangkuban Perahu, Orchids Forest park which I can bough a few cactus home, the Luwak coffee farm which changed my thought about making animal-crueling coffee. The last is the best, the Dahapati Resto… the best comfort oxtail soup that everyone should try… heals my souls..

Had a great experience with this private taxi service. The driver showed up right on time and was super professional, kind, and generous. He speaks good English, so we had some nice chats along the way, even though traffic was pretty bad because of the Bandung holiday.He helped me get tickets for Kawah Putih, took me to the tea plantation, and even brought me to a really nice café with amazing food and views.Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants an easy and comfortable trip around Bandung.

Aquesta és una de les millors decisions que vam prendre durant el nostre viatge a Bandung! El nostre conductor, el senyor Nandar, ens va ajudar molt a organitzar l'itinerari perquè tinguéssim prou temps per visitar totes les atraccions que volíem veure a Ciwidey. Punts addicionals per al senyor Nandar per portar-nos al lloc adequat per esmorzar i dinar. Crec que el punt culminant del nostre viatge va ser dinar a Bukit Senyum. Estàvem tan contents amb el servei que vam acabar contractant el senyor Nandar de nou l'endemà. Jajaja. Gràcies, senyor Nandar i Klook!

国際免許証を持っているため、現地でレンタカーを借りようと思っていたのですが、バンドン近郊のレンタカー屋が見つからず…。調べてみると、運転手付きレンタカーが主流のようだったので、色々なサイトを探してklookに行きつきました。最初は「本当に運転手と車が手配されるんだろうか」と心配していましたが、事前にWhatsAppで連絡が来るなど比較的安心感がありました。(日本人の皆さん、使い慣れていないとは思いますがWhatsAppはインドネシア旅行計画中から入れておいた方が良いです。ホテルからの連絡などもWhatsAppで来たりします。)当日、駅に到着すると運転手が待っており、簡単な英語のやり取りで一日中案内してくれます。運転手付きレンタカーにして良かったと思ったことは主に以下の通りです。①インドネシアの道路はかなり渋滞しており、バイクもかなり行き交うので日本人には厳しそう②ローカルの駐車場ルールが本当にわからない。停めて良い場所を知ってる人に任せた方が安心③トイレに行きたいときに連れて行ってくれる。日本のようにコンビニ行けばどうにかなるような国では無いので、かなり助かった。④各観光地で通訳してくれる。チケットとかもやり取りは任せて払うだけ。　何よりも運転手の人柄に惹かれたのが今回の醍醐味でした。初対面とはいえ、日本から来た観光客を楽しませようと色々な会話や案内をしてくれて、帰りには別れが辛くなるほど。騙されたと思ってぜひ利用してみてください。※5,000ルピア札は大量に用意しておいた方が良いです。駐車場代もチップも何もかも基本的に5,000ルピア(日本円で50円程度)「全部星5は流石にやりすぎでしょ」と思ったそこの貴方。帰国した頃には同じように全部星5にしてるはずです。笑

非常棒的體驗與旅行，感謝司機兼導遊Nanbar提供很好的行程安排，前一天預約隔天早上9點飯店上車司機早上8：40就到飯店門口。豐富行程與美味食物，包含白色火山口、鹿園、茶園與、吊橋與溫泉，還有採草莓，真的物超所值，非常推薦！

我們有排到非常貼心的司機Jely不但英語流利也會簡單的中文十分親切友善，他是非常熟悉在地的司機，從詢問我們整天希望的行程幫我們規劃怎樣排路線，提醒我們景點需要留意的注意事項，例如不合理的觀光景點小販，價格怎樣才合理怎樣談價錢，還帶我們去吃很想吃的本產榴槤真的不臭又有絲滑奶香，還推薦我們去在地人喜歡吃沙爹，便宜又大碗，包車上萬隆覆舟火山一日遊真的非常划算，我們是一車四個人，算車不算人頭所以非常值得，司機先生也很禮貌很好聊天，介紹本地景點等等活動。

our driver is mr nandar he pick up us in green forest resirt. he bring us to see the lembang about asia africa, floating market lembang and tahu susu and cibink reataurant and he is friendly and care. lembang is raining at the time and he give us the umbrella. i recomended this service is very good and also mr nandar is very nice and friendly. thanks mr. nandar.

Booked the private car for one day to visit Tangkuban Perahu and Lembang Area. We got our driver contact via WhatsApp day before. Our driver, Jerry, was punctual, friendly and English is good as well, his car was also in good condition. He gave us some feedback on the places that we gonna visit, and suggested alternative places that would be better for us to visit. He is also very accommodating with our plans.
