Explore the best of Taiwan on this Taichung road trip!

Forget about bus tours and public transportation when you’re in Taiwan, try driving around on your own instead! You’re probably thinking that it’s such a hassle to drive in another country because of all the things you’ll have to prepare. But it's really not that hard, especially since we have Klook’s car rentals just a click away!
Make sure to gear up since this is a great chance for you to see the beautiful nature and environment of Taiwan up close while sitting comfortably in your rented car. You'll also have the freedom to follow your carefully-crafted itinerary, and at the same time, save the money that you would have used for your back-to-back public transportation.
Once you’ve booked your car rental on Klook, get ready to explore more than the country's famous capital, Taipei, because we’re taking you to Taichung for this particular road trip!

Why should I book a car rental on Klook?

If you’re still hesitant about renting a car on Klook, we’ve got a few reasons that could help make up your mind.

    1. Save time

Nothing beats traveling at your own pace, and you can do just that when you rent a car! No need to keep track of train and bus schedules or wait and hail taxis just to get from point A to point B. With a car rental, you can freely drive anywhere, at any time you wish to.

    2. Save money

Forget paying for tickets to ride trains and buses or spending way too much on taxis! Pay just once to rent your desired car, and that’s it, you’re ready to go. Here’s a bonus — you get to save your energy as well because aside from hopping from one public transportation to another, you’ll only need to jump into your car and drive to your chosen destinations.

    3. Enjoy more storage

When we travel, we want to make sure we have all our essentials. If you’re riding buses or trains, it’s wise to bring just one bag so you won’t suffer walking around because of the weight of your bag. You also have to consider the amount of stuff you’ll buy because your hands can only hold a few paper bags. And there’s also that fear that you’ll leave your things on public transport by accident. Well, you know how it is if you have a car — it’s yours during your trip, so that means more storage for your essentials plus everything you’ll shop for! Just make sure to not leave anything in the vehicle when you return the car once your trip is done.

    4. Experience more

This one’s probably the best reason there is — you’ll be able to visit off-the-beaten-track destinations with your rented car (talk about being a pro traveler)! Aside from that, you get to enjoy intimate moments with your loved ones and no one else, not only at the attractions you’ll visit but also in the car during your drive to places since they’re your only companions during your trip. And the cherry on top would be the experience of driving in another country while having the freedom to follow the itinerary you mapped out!
