VASARA Kimono and Yukata Rental in Tokyo (Available in 5 branches)

My mother really wanted to try on a kimono, so I booked a kimono experience for her during this trip to Tokyo. We went early in the morning, and there were many different kimonos available. They were great at recommending kimonos that my mother wanted, so she was very satisfied. I was also grateful that they tried hard to understand us even though we spoke different languages. I didn't do it this time, but I would definitely like to try it next time I go to Japan!

There are many choices of kimono, and the staff is very professional and will give a lot of suggestions. I would like to try furisode kimono next time I have the opportunity, but I believe it will be ideal in winter as it will not be too hot.

The staff were lovely, polite, and very attentive. When I put on the kimono, they were meticulous, making sure the folds and waistline were even. I was very impressed.

I highly recommend this place! They're very friendly and take care of every detail of your kimono, if you're not sure what to wear they help you to choose the best option for you.

All of the employees here were very kind and attentive, I had a wonderful experience! The kimono options were very beautiful, and there was also a free option for one accessory, simple hairstyle, and bag. I can’t speak a lot of Japanese but the employees were understanding and were able to communicate with me. I appreciate the service, and I would definitely recommend!

we went to the Ikebukuro branch and their service was good, it was early in the morning on a weekday so no crowd and a few staff assisted us. quite a few available for us to choose. nice experience!
