• Admission: It is expected to arrive at the venue between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk from the officially designated parking lot to the viewing area. After the fireworks display, due to traffic control around the venue on the first day of the fireworks, buses may take two to three hours to leave the parking lot. Departure from the parking lot is expected between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM.

• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 1 months pregnant, children aged 0-3, and anyone that has Heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc. to participate in this activity
• 【In case of bad weather】The Nagaoka Fireworks Association reserves the right to cancel the fireworks display. If the decision to cancel the fireworks display is made before departure, the trip will be canceled or postponed. If the decision to cancel the fireworks display is not made before departure, your trip will proceed as planned. After departure, all travel expenses are non-refundable.
• ① Mat: Only blue waterproof tarpaulins are officially provided. It is recommended to bring your own cushion for added comfort. (Chairs are prohibited. Please do not go to areas outside the designated viewing seats.) ② Raincoat and waterproof shoes: Please prepare a raincoat in case of sudden rain. A compact full-body raincoat is ideal for watching fireworks. The ground can easily become muddy on rainy days, so it is recommended to wear waterproof shoes or boots. ③ Cold protection and warmth: The venue is outdoors and has no roof. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, and drinks to protect against sun and heatstroke. As it is a summer night, please bring your own mosquito and insect repellent in advance to prevent insect bites. Also, the night temperature may drop to around 20°C, so it is recommended to bring a light cardigan or thin jacket. ④ Flashlight: Visibility will be poor after sunset, so it is better to bring a light source. Some portable toilets may not have lighting. ⑤ Tissues, wet wipes: Some portable toilets may not have toilet paper, so it is safer to bring your own. ⑥ Plastic bag for shoes: In the viewing area, you may need to take off your shoes and sit on a blue sheet. Please note: Umbrellas are prohibited in the viewing area. When using a camera tripod or selfie stick, please keep it at a height that does not obstruct others' view (not higher than eye level when sitting). Standing to take photos is prohibited. ⑦ Plenty of drinking water and snacks: The queues at the food stalls in the venue can be very long, so it is recommended to buy them in advance at the highway service area where you stop.

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
