Serina was our guide, she was very professional, attentive and helpful, she made us feel welcomed and being taken cared of! Even though we did not got to take the cable car due to strong wind, we did get a 1000 yen refund for it.Atami firework is a once in a life experience , i for sure won’t forget about it. I highly recommend this tour! My feet finally can take a little break from all the walking.
The timing of the tour guide's schedule was perfect, we got to see several attractions, and we were lucky enough to see the blue moment of Mt. Fuji in Enoshima, so beautiful! Don't stop recording the fireworks display at night early, the last wave is super shocking! Today I was also lucky enough to have seafood rice as the last wave of customers, very satisfied!
Participating in the Mt. Omuro tour and seeing the fireworks in Atami was amazing! The fireworks were so beautiful and definitely worth the trip! Although there was a lot of traffic due to the Japanese holidays, our tour guide deserves a huge shoutout. She worked hard to keep us on schedule and did her best to coordinate the itinerary. In the end, we made it to every activity and everything went perfectly. Even with the heavy traffic, I still felt like it was a perfect trip. Thank you, Serina, for everything you did for us today. Whether someone was late or complaining, she was always patient and polite in helping to communicate. She's really great!
Our tour leader, Serina, was very professional, the itinerary was smooth, and she maintained good communication with the group members. We arrived at Mt. Omuro at approximately 3:30 PM, took the cable car to the summit, and the scenery was very beautiful! In the evening, we went to Atami to see the fireworks, which were stunning. We were very satisfied with the day's itinerary!
Thank you, Yuri, for your kind service. On this trip, we saw the beautiful scenery of Mount Omuro and the spectacular fireworks in Atami. Starting and returning from Tokyo Station meant we didn't have to worry about transportation, making the journey smoother and leaving us with wonderful family memories.
What a fantastic day tour! Many thanks to our guide, Zoe, for the transportation arrangements and itinerary planning, which made the activities plentiful while still allowing ample time for dinner. She clearly explained everything in multiple languages. The entire 12-hour day included sightseeing, photo opportunities, and the highly anticipated fireworks display. Highly recommended!
The Hakone Ashi Lake day trip experience was fantastic! The cruise ship was new and clean, and the lake views were absolutely stunning. We visited Hakone Shrine to get good luck charms, and in the evening, we went to the Atami commercial street for dinner and shaved ice. The night's fireworks display was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly lively. Our tour guide, Zoe, was super professional, explaining information about each attraction and safety precautions in multiple languages. She also enthusiastically helped us take photos to remember the trip. The entire experience was wonderful and highly recommended!
This activity included a trip to Mt. Omuro and the Atami Fireworks Festival. Although the journey was long, the time management was excellent under Sernia's guidance, and it proceeded smoothly. We were fortunate to be able to see Mt. Fuji from Mt. Omuro at noon. In the evening, the fireworks in Atami were very close and the scene was stunning.
