If there are traffic controls for the fireworks display, the day’s itinerary and schedule will be adjusted. We appreciate your understanding. The fireworks display is crowded, and it is not recommended for the elderly, young children, pregnant women, etc., to participate in the itinerary.

• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required for a group, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 4 days before departure.
• In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities for the same evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for inability to participate in the tour or poor quality of scenic photos due to irresistible factors such as traffic or weather, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or停留时间 (stay time) at each attraction may be adjusted. Please inform those who need to know.
• If a traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons, the company will not issue a refund.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time and do not be late. As this itinerary cannot be changed to other shifts or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. We appreciate your understanding.
• This itinerary only provides Chinese or Japanese guide services. If an English-speaking guide is required, please make a note when placing the order. Arrangements will be made depending on the situation and are not guaranteed. If no note is made, a Chinese guide will be assumed by default. Please be aware.
• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and need to be noted.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will be arranged to provide full tour services, and no additional tour leader will be dispatched. Please be aware.
• Due to the large crowds during the fireworks season, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring light snacks.
• After the itinerary begins, if the itinerary is terminated due to irresistible factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual costs incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or accommodation costs incurred locally must be borne by the traveler.
• The day trip itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health and abilities.
