If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent 4 days prior to departure.
In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 local time the day before departure, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter.
