Reviews
the excursion was amazing. Me and my husband had a great time. That was the trip I wanted and it was the perfect day. Mout Fuji at it’s finest. Our tour guide(Will) and the driver were so nice and helpful. Will explained everything about the places we visited. The driver was so friendly and his driving skills were great.
Luckily it was sunny on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, I bought tickets the day before. They messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm the pick up spot at 7:30am at Tokyo station. Our host was holding up an orange flag so it was easy to spot him in the crowds it was around 2h drive to our first stop at Hakone Shrine and we got to walk around for 1h, waited less than 15 min to take pictures. We heard day before people lined up 1-1.5h to take pictures with Heiwa no torii hakone My favourite was taking Hakone Ropeway Ōwakudani cable car to see the views of the volcanic valley Mount Fuji did not have the white snow around it but still very cool to see it in person. Their ice cream (¥500) at Oshino Hakkai is so delicious and we walked in the souvenir store to buy snacks. We left at 3pm, arrived back at Shinjuku at 4:30pm. Our tour host Will was great, he's able to speak English and Chinese, he is very knowledgeable in history and attractions. Highly recommend to go on this bus tour!
We enjoyed the trip very well. although the weather is not good on that day, raining day can’t see Fuji san, but overall experience is good. walking in the rain, super fresh air, very kind tour guide. we booked the tour with cable car ride included, unfortunately, it close due to the bad weather, they refunded the cable car ticket through the Klook, received in 2 days. very good trip and will recommend to friends.
We truly enjoyed the Hakone day trip, everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We were lucky enough to get a clear and stunning view of Mt. Fuji, which made the experience even more special! The pace of the tour was just right, not too rushed, allowing us to really take in each spot. Our guide, Sandy Wang, was incredibly friendly, caring, helpful, and kind, making us feel well taken care of throughout the day. The transportation was also very comfortable, adding to the overall convenience. Such a memorable moment for us. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend this tour 😊
I took a Mt. Fuji bus tour for one day out of the 3 nights and 4 days itinerary. I was debating whether to take the bus tour or take the subway and travel independently, but the bus tour was really the best. I could see Mt. Fuji very well, and the guide was very kind. Thanks to that, I had a happy trip. The guide took pictures for me and showed me where to use the restroom. Next time I go to Japan, I will definitely take this Mt. Fuji bus tour. It was the best. Thank you. 😊😊
Sakuragi, the tour guide, delivered a lively tour along the way from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji. The tour is perfect for those whose goal is the take clear photo of Mt Fuji. The tour was on a Monday, we were lucky to be able to see the Mt Fuji so clearly. Because of the heavy traffic, Sakuragi managed to improvise the route to enable us to see Mt Fuji. It was absolutely worth it! Highly recommended!!
Great tour - we were looking for a tour that takes us to the main stops briefly exploring them and heading off. This tour was perfect for that and Will (our tour guide) was great, friendly, and fluent in English and our bus driver was polite. I have motion sickness however his driving was fine. I would recommend if you’re looking for this kind of tour, perfect for its price. Had time to eat and explore.
Excellent service from tour guide, Mr. Liu Zhigang & driver, Mr. You (car number 987). Especially Mr. Liu Zhigang, one of the best tour guide we have ever come across. He is very willing to learn English and try to explain in English though this is a Mandarin tour group. Excellent, Awesome service!!!
We saw some of the reviews wasn't that good but it wasn't true. It was a great experience from the start of pick up till we finished the tour. We managed to see mt fuji at a very clear view and took beautiful pictures. The driver Mr 李仟勇 is very pleasant and courteous. We had ample time to take pictures, do sightseeing and even some souvenirs shopping. Only thing is traffic jam on the way back to Tokyo but that was predicted and I read that fhappened or every other tour groups too. I would highly recommend this tour to all! Very enjoyable and relaxing trip.
The travel from Tokyo took quite long to Hakone and Fujiwara, Lake Kawaguchiko is less impressive as we did not stop at Oishi Park, the timeline is very tight for each station and we used up Lake Kawaguchi for lunch and missed the water activities and buying souvenier. Overall, i think that you will need to stay at Fuji instead of having one day trip to enjoy the full Fuji experience.
