- Dear tour members: Next, we are about to start a walking carnival of “Mount Fuji + Hakone”! The whole journey is high-energy, let me slowly spoil it for you~ Hakone Shrine & Lake Ashi Torii——The face value CP of gods fighting! Hakone Shrine is one of the “most energetic” shrines in Japan! For those who want to find a partner, a love fortune slip is a must! Hakone Pirate Ship (paid at your own expense 1700 yen)——The soul of the Caribbean is possessed! This ship looks like Captain Jack’s ride, but we don’t grab treasure, we only grab scenery! The deck blows the wind and looks at Mount Fuji, the lake surface is sparkling like glitter, and the girl’s heart explodes💥! Aerial Ropeway - Roller Coaster on the Volcano! Hold tight! The ropeway will take us to fly over the steaming sulfur fumes of Owakudani, the ground is like a boiling hot pot, the excitement is comparable to riding a roller coaster! On sunny days, Mount Fuji is so close that you can count the snow lines, and don’t panic on rainy days - the misty atmosphere is like a fairy scene, and a random shot is a spin-off of “Spirited Away” *** Owakudani——Hell’s Kitchen の Black Egg Legend!*** The hell black eggs here, eating one will extend your life by 7 years! Don’t be afraid that it looks like a briquette, peel it open and the yolk is super fragrant Volcanic mud mask can be applied directly on the face! After application, the pores are so fine that you can insert flowers, but be careful not to have your face blackened by your companions🤣~ Lake Yamanaka Swan Beach - Swan Prince’s Concubine Selection Site! The swans here pose better than people! When you feed them, they will bow, tilt their heads, and flap their wings, which is a proper drama queen! Hidden spot: Squat down in the reeds by the lake and Mount Fuji will be right in the middle of the swan’s wings, the composition is amazing.

Today's itinerary was very enjoyable, and I would especially like to thank our guide, Tanni! I have a hearing impairment, and I was initially worried about not being able to hear the information clearly. However, Tanni was very attentive throughout the entire trip. She proactively sent me messages with important itinerary reminders and paid special attention to my situation, allowing me to participate in all activities with peace of mind and without missing any content. Tanni's attitude was friendly, patient, and thoughtful, which truly made me feel cared for and looked after. This trip was made even more worry-free and enjoyable because of her. Thank you so much for Tanni's dedicated service, which truly deserves a five-star rating! If I have the opportunity in the future, I would be very willing to join a tour led by her again.
Will was our guide for this trip and everything was fantastic. He went out of his way to show us the best places for pictures at each site, to take photos for us or to point out here the rest stops were at each stop. Was Mt Fuji cloudy? yes, but we were still able to get some great photos and this was a highlight of our trip so far!
Yuki our tour guide was excellent. She was on time at the meeting point and even contacted us via Whatsapp for the instructions. She was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and able to assist well. I would recommend her services anytime. The trip went well. The driver was not quite polite though and was inconsiderate for request to have a toilet break along the way.
So happy that we booked a tour to see Mount Fuji and Hakone. The tour definitely helped us to make the most of our day and it was nice break to sit and relax on the bus instead of navigating the trains. Our favorite stops were Ropeway to Owakudani, Lake Yanakako for the swans and Oshini Hakkai. It was a beautifully clear day so we got a lot of good pictures with Mount Fuji in the background. We had a great tour experience, our guide (Yuki) was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are short on time and would like to see multiple places in a short period of time.
The tour was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was well-organized, timely, and informative. Yuki was not only knowledgeable about the history and cultural significance of every scenic spot, but also very friendly and helpful, making the entire trip more engaging and enjoyable. The views were absolutely breathtaking — a surreal sight that photos just don’t do justice. We were lucky to visit on a clear day, and the iconic snow-capped peak looked majestic against the blue sky. The stops along the way, offered incredible photo opportunities and peaceful moments to take in the scenery. Whether you’re an adventurer, a nature lover, or just someone looking to see one of Japan’s most iconic landmarks, this tour is a must-do.
We had a wonderful day. Yan, our guide, was lovely. She accompanied us to all the sites and sent us a personal message with the meeting points and times. Gentleness and patience were the keynotes of the day. Thank you to her for making this day a magical moment that we will remember.
Had an amazing time on this trip! Our guide, Will, was super friendly and helpful—seriously, such a great guy. I was traveling solo, and he went out of his way to click some awesome photos of me (total lifesaver!). We hit up all the spots on the list—rode the pirate ship, took the ropeway, and honestly, everything was a blast. The only tiny downside was that time felt a bit short at some places, so we had to rush a little. But all in all, totally worth it! And to top it off, Will surprised us with some cute stickers as souvenirs at the end—such a sweet touch.
our tour guide sandy Wang is very professional. He will send reminder to remind the guest on the waiting time n waiting area. on top of that, he is knowledgeable on the area and will spend extra effort to explain to guest on the tourist spot n area to take note. etc. the Mt fuji view are fantastic and strongly recommend to join.
I recently took a trip to Hakone, and it was absolutely breathtaking! The highlight was the incredible view of Mount Fuji, which was simply stunning. The serene atmosphere and beautiful landscapes made for a perfect day. I highly recommend visiting Hakone for an unforgettable experience with nature.
The trip is very impressive with the excellent tour guide, Mr Yu/JRT. He managed to complete the spots as scheduled timely, with detailed explanation for each spot of attraction. The weather was really good for us to see the complete mountain with "ice" even though in the summer day. We managed to capture the Fujisan from different angles through his advice. Once again, thanks Mr Yu for your professional guide. With appreciation.
