Mandy is our lucky star; thanks to her, we were fortunate enough to see Mount Fuji 🗻. Mandy is an excellent guide who is very considerate of passengers' needs. She is enthusiastic, very friendly, helpful, and, most importantly, highly professional. She managed the schedule perfectly throughout the trip, and during driving breaks, she introduced the history of the attractions in great detail, ensuring not a single minute was wasted. Yesterday, I participated in a day trip to Hakone and Mount Fuji. The itinerary was packed, covering Lake Ashi cruise, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Shrine, Lake Yamanaka, and Oshino Hakkai. Despite such a tight schedule, the trip was incredibly fulfilling and smooth, all thanks to our experienced and excellent tour guide, Xiao Yu. Xiao Yu is a young man from Sichuan who studied forestry-related subjects at the University of Tokyo. He fell in love with Japan's beautiful mountains and waters, later married a Japanese woman, and has been a tour guide in Japan for over ten years. Yesterday, the tour bus was completely full, with participants from all over the world. Xiao Yu seamlessly switched between Chinese and English throughout the tour, explaining everything flawlessly! At each attraction, he thoughtfully led everyone to the most essential and picturesque spots, ensuring everyone could quickly take beautiful photos and enjoy the scenery, while also carefully reminding us of the meeting time and location. For a foreigner to settle down in Japan, and even establish themselves in the tourism industry, truly requires exceptional talent. I heard that during the pandemic, when there were no foreign tourists, he even led tours for local Japanese groups. His capabilities are truly impressive. There are many similar day tours in Japan, and I feel incredibly lucky to have met such an outstanding and young tour guide today!

I was very fortunate on my trip to Japan to have Mandy as our tour guide. She was enthusiastic, lively, attentive, and professional. Despite the packed itinerary, Mandy's careful planning made everything enjoyable and pleasant. I'm very grateful to Mandy for taking care of my family and me. The overall experience of this Mt. Fuji + Hakone day tour was excellent. The itinerary was very well-planned, allowing us to visit many classic attractions in one day, such as Mt. Fuji, Hakone Shrine, Owakudani, and Oshino Hakkai, as well as ride the cable car and pirate ship. It truly offered great value for money. Our tour guide, Mr. Sakuragi, was very professional and thoughtful. He clearly communicated the meeting times, restroom locations, and must-see highlights at each attraction, making the entire trip very smooth. We didn't have to worry about routes or scheduling ourselves. The overall pace was also managed perfectly. We could rest comfortably on the bus and then fully enjoy the sights once we arrived. This tour is ideal for those who want to travel stress-free. The weather was also fantastic, and we were very lucky to see Mt. Fuji. It was a relaxing and enjoyable trip, highly recommended for first-time visitors to Tokyo or anyone who prefers not to plan their own itinerary.

Our tour guide, Will, was incredibly professional and engaging in his explanations of the sights. He started his commentary from Tokyo and continued throughout the journey. At each location, he'd point out the best spots for photos and even enthusiastically helped our group members take pictures. You could really feel his passion for his job. Initially, Mount Fuji was obscured, and we were worried we wouldn't see it, but we were incredibly lucky to catch a glimpse later, even with some clouds, which made us very happy.

Sakuragi is very accommodating and hospitable to the tourists needs. My mom enjoyed the trip. The driver also drives wirh care
