What to expect
【Owakudani】 Due to volcanic activity, numerous fumaroles and sulfur hot springs have formed. The air is filled with the smell of sulfur, and steam rises from the ground, giving one a shocking feeling of being deep inside the Earth. Owakudani’s specialty is “black eggs,” boiled in hot spring water, whose shells turn black due to a reaction with sulfur. 【Hakone Shrine】 Founded in 757 AD (Nara period) by Monk Mangan, it is one of the main guardian shrines of the Kanto region. The shrine is located on the shores of Lake Ashi, surrounded by dense cedar forests, and is famous for prayers for good fortune, warding off evil, traffic safety, and matchmaking. 【Lawson Convenience Store】 The popular Lawson convenience store at the foot of Mount Fuji, with its natural composition, has become a sensation, appearing on countless phone wallpapers. Easily capture stunning Japanese-style, laid-back photos. 【Kawaguchiko Oishi Park】 Stunning views of Mount Fuji and the lake, where every casual shot is a wallpaper-worthy masterpiece! When visiting the Mount Fuji area, Oishi Park is an absolute must-see! Here, you can not only admire the magnificent reflection of Mount Fuji in Lake Kawaguchiko, but also enjoy different seasonal scenery: cherry blossoms in spring, flowers in summer, autumn foliage, and winter snow. There are different surprises at any time of year! 【Ladder Town. Hikawa Clock Shop】 Hikawa Clock Shop is located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is a famous photo spot at the foot of Mount Fuji, known for its unique Japanese streetscape and the beautiful view of Mount Fuji framed in the background.

Reviews
Serina was incredibly thoughtful. Our group came from various places, and only my companion and I, along with another gentleman, spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next and where the famous photo spots were, even providing diagrams so we'd know how to get the best shots. Plus, Hakone was very crowded, and we were worried about getting lost. Sometimes, when the main group was ahead, and we got cut off by other groups, she would constantly turn back to check on us. Lastly, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle. I highly recommend Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join her tour again next time I visit Japan.
Had a great experience with friends and family. All the stops were beautiful and impressive with a good time schedule. I also want to thank Serina for being very fun, welcoming and kind. The weather was perfect and we got amazing views in Mount Fuji and the cherry blossoms. Thank you again Serina!
There was still some residual snow on June 2nd, and you could clearly see the unobstructed, complete view of Mount Fuji on the way there. The first stop, Lake Ashi, offered excellent scenery, including a full view of Mount Fuji. The lake, Mount Fuji, a torii gate, and a pirate ship made for a stunning landscape. The second stop was Owakudani, where the specialty black eggs were quite tasty. With Hell Valley on one side and the magnificent Mount Fuji on the other, the scenery was truly exceptional. Unfortunately, from the third stop onwards, the weather began to deteriorate, with increasing cloud cover completely obscuring Mount Fuji. The rest of the trip consisted of leisurely walks and enjoying the scenery. Special thanks to our tour guide, Andy, for the smooth itinerary and clear explanations, which made the entire trip very enjoyable!
This trip was perfectly arranged. The amount of time spent at each attraction was just right, allowing us to fully appreciate the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji and Hakone without feeling rushed. The experience was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Our tour guide, Vivien, provided exceptionally attentive service, explaining interesting facts about Mount Fuji throughout the trip and also helping with taking photos and giving directions. The tour bus was clean and comfortable, the view of Mount Fuji from the sea torii gate was distant, and the view from Arakura Sengen Park was close-up. Overall, an amazing experience.
Our tour guide, Yuri, was very knowledgeable and made the history of Mount Fuji and the stories of the attractions come alive. It was like listening to a story, which made the trip a lot of fun and the whole experience more comfortable.
The driver has excellent driving skills, providing a smooth and safe ride throughout. They were punctual with pick-up and drop-off, making our trip to and from Hakone relaxing and enjoyable, with no delays.
seminar is attentive and making sure everyone come back before going to the next destination. Enjoy the trip
Andy Harita was an amazing tour guide! He was friendly, helpful, and exceptionally knowledgeable. His detailed explanations brought each attraction to life, and his ability to switch fluently between Chinese and English was truly impressive. Thanks to his excellent guidance, our day trip was both enjoyable and informative. Highly recommended!
I participated in this day trip and really enjoyed it. All the stops were beautiful and well-organized. Unfortunately, the cloudy weather didn't allow us to see Mount Fuji, but the experience was still fantastic. A special thank you to our guide, Serina, who was always kind, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend this tour! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
