Hokkaido Seasonal Limited: Asahiyama Zoo / Furano Flower Viewing Day Trip

Our tour guide, Lucy, was incredibly responsible and friendly on our Furano/Biei day trip. She sent detailed meeting information and reminders beforehand, ensuring everyone arrived on time and had breakfast and cash ready – her arrangements were meticulous. The day's itinerary was well-paced, with reasonable time allotted at each attraction, preventing any feeling of rushing. Her reminders for meeting points were also clear, making the entire trip very reassuring. Lucy was patient in her explanations and communication, attentive to everyone's needs, and responded promptly to any questions, allowing even first-time Hokkaido day trip participants to complete the trip smoothly. The weather in Furano and Biei was also excellent, making for a very enjoyable experience overall. Thank you, Lucy, for leading the tour and taking such good care of us throughout the day! Our guide, Aoki, was truly exceptional—reliable and incredibly thoughtful! The entire itinerary was perfectly planned and arranged, with a relaxed pace that never felt rushed. We weren't tired at all throughout the trip, making for a wonderfully comfortable experience. Plus, our guide had a knack for finding the best angles, taking beautiful photos that captured so many great moments for us. Overall, it was a perfect trip, and I highly recommend it!

The weather in Furano and Biei was also excellent this time, making for a very pleasant overall experience.

We were lucky to have tour guide Ms. Li (Sunny), who had a wonderful attitude and a friendly Taiwanese accent. She enthusiastically introduced local attractions and customs. Although the Japanese driver was older, he drove steadily. Sometimes a mini-bus is used, but we happened to be on a large bus that day. The route there and back included mountain roads, and some sections were in poor condition. We recommend that those who get motion sickness arrive early, choose a front seat, and take motion sickness medication. We urge everyone in the group not to be late for the designated meeting times.

Our tour guide, Mr. Li, was incredibly thoughtful, and his service throughout the entire trip was exceptional. I would definitely choose this tour again next time; it was fantastic! Highly recommended!

This is my first tour that I have ever booked in my life. It was a great day, even though I couldn't find my tour guide at first. He did his best in giving instructions and was amiable and kind. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and made two acquaintances. My choice of lunch wasn't very delicious and the Rollercoaster road wasn't appealing as seen in pictures but the other places I visited were superb. No camera could do it justice. I will endeavor to book another trip with Klook.

Guide is not good, I asked for bus plate number, he can’t answer and told me frist bus left side, so I go over and far it quite car paking, I back to asked him it again for bus number, he told me with mad mood same answer the first bus left side. Actualy our bus park in front of east side of the door zoo. so I just go strainght and can see our bus by my hand right side. our bus is first one. then I camplined him, so he sent the photo to shown bus plates number, so different from Mr.Hong he info rmed number in the begining. this is not good for take care customer.
