i booked this tour months early, but right after booking, i received a message from the operator asking me to cancel because the price indicated in klook was wrong. so we agree to pay the driver directly an additional of 30kyen. we likewise communicated our itinerary (bibai, otaru aquarium, otaru canal). however, on the day of the tour, the itinerary was not clearly communicated to the driver. we failed to visit the otaru aquarium, which was on top of my children's list. had we known that the itineary is not feasible, we could have opted to skip the bibai leg instead. too bad we had to re schedule another DIY visit to otaru the following day. i hope klook will do something about operators/ suppliers like this
