The driver, Sister Xu, is very nice, patient, and drives professionally and safely! We can easily go to Kawaguchiko to enjoy Mount Fuji in one day, and then go to Hakone to see Owakudani, Hakone Shrine and other attractions. It was a very satisfying journey! I traveled with my husband, and we were very happy to charter a 10 hours trip to Mount Fuji and its surroundings. The car was comfortable, and our driver, Mr. Takahashi (Kana), was polite and friendly. Although there was a language barrier, he was able to use a translation system. Our driver also recommended many beautiful locations to visit for photos, and we got many great pictures that are not often visited by other tourists 👍👍. During the departure, there was traffic on the highway and an issue with the highway toll gate system, but we were still able to follow our itinerary. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service from Klook 👏👏👏

Thank you Kana! Kana was an absolute gem to have as our tour guide today. We started the day bright and early and he was outside the hotel right on time ready to take us. He took us to so many awesome sights that only locals would know of! Beautiful attractions, beautiful weather and due to it being chilly kept the car heated up to take us to our nezt attraction. We werent too sure we would like some attractions but it was a beautiful scenic route we took. We will book again specifically for a great tour guide like Kana. Thank you!

The driver was attentive and considerate, and we had a great time that day. Because there are children and elderly people, prepare drinks in the car in advance. He knew that we were planning to go to the Cat Museum. When we went to the first attraction, we called in advance to ask about the opening hours, only to find out that it would close early that day. Super! First of all, the seats were very spacious, and the driver that day was really nice. Some attractions were closed due to snow that day, and the driver also helped us arrange other attractions! He even took the initiative to take photos for us! My family and I had a great time throughout the trip!

we really enjoyed the trip to fujikawaguchiko. seeing the beauty of the lake and enjoying the view of mount fuji from a distance at oishii park, unfortunately the weather was cloudy so mount fuji was not clearly visible, we enjoyed delicious ice cream there then had lunch at gotemba and had a satisfying shopping. Driver Wang was friendly, calm, talked little, drove well.
