This trip was full of healing and laughter! Our guide, Karlos, was not only fun but also knowledgeable. He effortlessly explained the plants and animals, and shared many interesting local histories along the way. ✅ Babinda Boulders: A natural waterhole surrounded by rainforest, with the opportunity to see a glittering Jewel Spider. ✅ Etty Bay Beach: We were lucky enough to see the endangered cassowary! We not only saw a male bird with its chicks, but also learned how its droppings help plants grow! ✅ Paronella Park: Full of history and natural beauty, the park is home to the adorable Irwin’s turtle and many rainforest plants. The whole trip was full of surprises. I highly recommend this guide and itinerary; it's a very rewarding experience.
Finally saw cassowaries! On the way to Etty Bay, we encountered cassowaries of different ages, including chicks and juvenile cassowaries, which were very cute. Originally we only came for Etty Bay, but the scenery of Paronella Park was also a pleasant surprise, especially the night view and light show. The guide, Simon, was experienced and explained a lot of relevant knowledge and stories. Overall, it was a very memorable tour experience!
The trip is good, covering the forest walk/ encountering the Cassowary and visiting Paronella Park. Tourist guide Simon is amazing. He shared lots of stories and history about the park and animals. Simon made the trip memorable and unique!
We walked under the rainforest near Babinda boulders area. It’s a great tour to feel the healing energy from nature and fresh air. Then we enjoyed a leisurely tea time at the Etty Bay beach. Thank s for the tour guide detail explained and let us know the Paronella Park is a place with a riveting story. The light&music show at night also was a magical experience！
