Great Barrier Reef Half Day and Full Day Tours

if you have seasickness, halfday tour will be perfect for you. but actually, booking tour at the spot will be much cheaper. even fullday tour and half day tour are the same price surprisingly.

This is a very well-organized tour. They give detailed explanations, rent equipment, and go snorkeling at two points. The lunch was delicious, with steak, bread, cold salad, shrimp, and grilled fish. You can also purchase photos at the end of the tour. However, the waves are quite rough, so it would be good to keep that in mind.

Although it is basically only in English, there are instructions in other languages, so it wasn't too difficult even for the first time. Also, the crew communicated with me frequently, so even though I participated alone, I didn't feel lonely and was able to enjoy it. You can't bring your own camera during the trial dive, but the crew took pictures for you, so you can purchase photos of your snorkeling afterwards, which made for a great memory.

We did the full-day tour with snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef and a visit to Fitzroy Island — an amazing experience! Everything was really well organised, the staff were great, and the reef itself was a true bucket list moment. Lunch was delicious and clearly labelled, which was perfect for my gluten-free partner. Fitzroy Island was beautiful. Plenty of freedom to explore the reefs as long as you follow the rules. Highly recommend!

I decided to write this because the crew, the experience and the orderly manner this tour was run was impressive. we went to two different reefs and saw 10+ diff species of fish, a whale shark and many turtles (from the air). but what was impressive was how ordered things were. they did a headcount before leaving each location and had lookout everywhere. safety was taken seriously. stinger suits, snorkeling equipment were all lent for free, which is not necessarily true in other tours, like the one to fitzroy. food was decent and plentiful. drink too. helicopter pilot Matt was amazing at his work. top job.

Everything is perfectly organized. We showed the Klook booking number at the pier and were directed to the boat. You can drink tea/coffees and mini muffins on board all day. They give out masks, fins and latex suits. For lunch there was a lunch with shrimp, fish and meat. But the meat was tough, it's better to take the fish. The staff is very pleasant. We visited 2 locations where we were alone. The reefs are beautiful, but there are not a lot of fish (we saw more in the Maldives). We didn't see any turtles either. Be sure to take motion sickness pills, many felt unwell. In general, I think the prices are too high, but there is no cheaper. So I can recommend it.

Fun adventure, i suggest that you book the one that has 10minute helicopter ride, it’s so worth it to see the reef up in the sky.

Everything was as planed! staff is very polite. we enjoyed every minute on the island ! The stuff told us where to go what to see!
