it was AMAZING!!! this was the best activity with the best instructors and guides… honestly this would be the reason why I don’t mind coming to Japan over and over again just to try! Experience: amazing! even though it was raining, this made the experience even more exciting. Location: amazing location as is near tokyo towr and the middle of tje city, and it’s close to my hotel so that’s good🤣 Instructor: the nicest instructors and guide. they taught us everything and supported us on the way as well as took us to very interesting places.

Great experience as a solo traveler. it was just myself and one other solo rider. our tour guide was fun. Check in was smooth and simple. They played a video that goes over safety, rules and how to drive. Karts were easy to work. Guide took plenty of pictures. 10/10 would use again.

What can I say, this was a fantastic and enjoyable experience all around. After I had completed the booking it was not long before Fumika one of their agents reached out to me via Whatsapp to provide me with additional information for everything I needed to be able to take part, confirming I had all the necessary details amd what to expect on the day. On the day itself we got a little misdirected with finding the place (no fault of their own but rather the navigation we were using) but I was able to reach out to Fumika who was prompt in responding and we managed to find the place. Although we were slightly later than the prescribed time to arrive for preparation, the staff were very nice and accommodating before taking us through all the pre go karting safety prpcedures. The go karting itself was thrilling. My wife although an experienced driver was quite nervous being on the open highway in a go kart as opposed to a car, but our main lead navigator was patient and continuously checked on her to make sure she was comfortable. They made the entire experience enjoyable taking numerous pictures at different stops along the way and doing entertaining amusing poses in our onesies. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a fun filled go karting experience around the Ginza and Tokyo area. A+++

I think it's a must-do in Tokyo!! It's a recently opened place, so the costumes and vehicles are relatively clean compared to other places. The staff were very kind and guided us well. My wife, who I went with, is not good at driving, so I was worried. However, the staff took good care of us, so we were safe and had fun! It's really exciting to drive through the Tokyo city center with the street lights on! This is a course where you can see Tokyo Tower. It's a really great experience to ride a cart and see the Tokyo Tower lit up. The staff took a lot of pictures for us!! It's the best :)

Go Kart experience with NEO Ginza is super awesome. They're very accommodating and fun. They go out of their way to give you the best experience. Among the Go Kart services I checked with Klook, they have height limit. You shou be atleast 150cm. For a petite human like me (146cm) or maybe less I think . They helped switch the Kart to a most suitable one. This experience is worth it 💯% Kudos to the team, thank you! 🙌🏻

It is easy to locate. The guide and lead was friendly and easy to approach. The route chosen was very nice. We explored around Ginza and made a pit stop at Tokyo Tower to take a group photo.

This is my second time doing go karts, I like this provider a lot better. Itd a great facility to start with plus you will have two people with you at all times to ensure safety.
