Sa lahat ng tour na na-book ko, ito ang paborito ko. Ipinaalam sa akin ng tour agency na hindi sapat ang mga nag-book na nagsasalita ng Ingles para sa tour kaya sasama kami sa grupong nagsasalita ng Chinese. Si Mr. Eric, ang aming driver, ay napakagaling at matulungin! Talagang nakatulong siya at sinubukan niyang ipaliwanag ang lahat sa Ingles. Salamat sa maganda at nakakapagpakalmang karanasang ito! I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

September 5, 2026. This is a family-style hot spring inn, so it's not recommended for those with high expectations! The hot spring water is very comfortable and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Basic amenities are provided. The couple's set meal was delicious and very filling. There aren't many parking spaces directly in front, but there are parking spots available nearby.

Napakaganda at nakakatuwa. Halos parang roller-coaster ride ito para sa mga bata. Nagbibigay ito ng magandang tanawin ng talon at ilog, kasama ang nakapalibot na kalikasan na nakakalat sa gitna ng ilang naninirahan. Isa itong magandang biyahe. Gumalaw ito nang maayos.

5 bituin para sa lahat!! Kailangan mong i-book ang tour na ito kung bibisita ka sa Taiwan. Si Tommy ang nanguna sa tour at binigyan niya kami ng pinakamagandang araw. Napakahusay niya sa pagpapalit-palit ng pagsasalita sa Chinese at English upang magbahagi ng magagandang impormasyon. Naaalala ko siya bilang isang guro. Naglakbay ako kasama ang aking 65 taong gulang na ina na gumagamit ng tungkod, ngunit mayroon pa ring lakas at lumalaban sa kanyang masakit na tuhod. Binigyan kami ni Tommy ng sapat na oras sa bawat lokasyon upang mag-explore at wala siyang naging problema, sa kabila ng pag-akyat sa hagdan at paglalakad sa mga trail sa bundok! Ang Wulai ay isang napakatahimik at magandang lugar… Ito ang aming huling tour sa aming pagbisita sa Taiwan at labis akong natutuwa na hindi namin ito pinalampas. Ang biyahe mismo ay napakaganda. Ginawa ni Tommy ang pinakamahusay na itineraryo upang bisitahin ang bundok, ang hotel sa tuktok (mayroong magandang lawa na may batis at coffee shop doon), ang cable car ride na may kamangha-manghang tanawin ng talon, ang cute na biyahe sa tren upang dalhin kami pababa sa katutubong nayon, at maraming oras upang maglakad-lakad at kumain/mamili. I-book si Tommy!!!

Safety: The overall dim lighting certainly creates a high-end hotel atmosphere, but because there are always stairs, it does pose a potential hazard. Experience: The public hot spring area features a high-temperature pool, a medium-temperature pool, a cold-water pool, a spa pool, a steam room, a sauna, and comfortable lounge chairs. The overall experience is quite good, with each pool being very spacious. Water dispensers are also available for making tea or coffee.

We took the shortest trail to see the waterfall. A leisurely walk to and fro the trail will take approximately 45 minutes. Rest rooms mid way to the waterfall observation deck was also very clean. Unfortunately, the observation deck to the upper part of the waterfall was not accessible due to the fallen stones. There was even a scenic and forest bathing trail that may take a longer time.

We made a last-minute decision to visit that day. After calling to confirm availability, we smoothly boarded the shuttle, and everything went perfectly. We chose the Yinglin room, and the Atayal tribal house theme was absolutely stunning; it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff on-site meticulously explained all the important details, and the front desk personnel were very professional and friendly. The entire experience was excellent. Afterward, we could enjoy tea and snacks, then head to the bookstore to stretch. There's also the Wulai Old Street to explore. Highly recommended!

Great private onsen experience, the room was spacious with amazing view. only drawback is the distance from the town, however a private shuttle can be arranged (100NT one way).
